I love the colours of the bricks. You have a lot of land and the wall looks very elegant. Good job.👍🏼 You looked healthy...wouldn't have known you had Covid if u hadn't mentioned it. 🙂
labor costs in america are insane. the materials probably were probably only around 10-25k (depending on where in the country you live) but each of those guys are getting paid like $16-$30/hr and then the company has to profit off that so +whatever % of their cost ontop of that etc.
You added a lot of value to your property! Looks great!
The wall is looking good. Glad you're doing good. Happy Holidays

The wall came out very nice and looks great around your place. I'm sure you are proud. Thank you for the video of the process.
Thank you!

when they layed the mortar the smudges they made should be knocked off then acid washed look sharper then, still looks good by the way..lovely job
How is the wall for blocking traffic sound? I wish I could do something similar... My township won't even let me put a fence out front.
Holy shit. Over a hundred grand? You could build the same wall with the same materials in my country for a quarter of the cost.

Should have added more lights on top for added safety.
Glad to see you're doing okay buddy are you planning on anymore Appalachian trail missions?
I am in fact, I am headed to Italy and New Zealand but between those trips in June/July I am going to do a sobo from katadin about 2 or three weeks
How much did the bricks cost versus the manual labor?
I think it was 50/50 50% cost of bricks sand cement rebar backhoe rental etc. vs. 50% labor
how much is one meter of this brick fence cost you after all?
47,000 bricks, sand, concrete and 2months brick crew was $140,000
