    Agar lgatar sunlight fall hoti rehti h depletion region pr to kuch time k bad sare bond toot jane chahiye or electrons khtm ho jane chahiye & depletion region bhi kuch time m khtm ho jani chahiye.....fir bhi solar cell/panel bahut salo tk kese chalta h ??

Damage tab hota hai jab excessive heat produce ho jo uv rays se hoti hai or avalanche breakdown me kinetic energy of electron ke karan se hoti hai.

Ye chain process chalti hai jisme electrons poore circuit me ghoomte hai agar unki energy khatam ho jae to vo battery se replenish hoti hai nhi to beta decay hota hai electrons ka joki unko or chhote parts me divide kar deta hai . (Electron ek type ka beta particle hota hai)
