      @@fahimahmedshaikh1406 cause brother I believe in learning from wheresoever it comes, moreover he presented well but terms are of paramount importance, in photoelectric effect an electron leaves the metal however in photovoltaic effect there is electron and hole formation within the material and that step is crucial we should refrain ourselves from wrong information atleast in the field of research, if someone does it by mistake just like brother we should acknowledge him about his mistake 👍🏼😊

    I am getting different answers from different channels and website for the question that which type of layer is thick and thin and which is placed on upper side

      upper layer ( n - type ) will be thin , solar radiation will easily pass this thin layer and reaches to the depletion region

      Passivation ka matlab solar cells ka defects ko reduce karke unka capabilities ko enhance karna
      Yeah ek chemical or alloys se karte hai
      It is simply like upgrading and maintenance of solar cells
      Solar cells kiliye ek specific time durability hota hey agar wo time period complete hua toh solar cells ka power generation aur charge transfer slowly slowly decrease hoga . Kuch cases mey yeah functioning bhi puri taraf band hojayega isliye hum harmara solar cells ko passivation karna bahut jaruri hoti hey
      Yaha different solar cells hey har ek solar cells keliye alag ka passivation method aur mechanisms hota hey
