My brother in law has got a previous generation GLC. It really is a lovely car, quite nippy and really comfy. I'm not sure why Mercedes didn't put the new infotainment displays in this though as they look so much better. I enjoyed the review as always Sinead, thanks.
That was a nice review. But I would go for the GLB. If I could afford a Mercedes SUV. May be the upcoming GLA could also be interesstant. Because it will grow in, hopefully, all dimensions. And both will fit better in to cities than the GLC and the higher positioned SUV's from Mercedes.

In 1970’s Mazda GLC was their subcompact and meant “great little car”. I guess brand names expire or can be traded.
I'd definitely go for the GLB instead now that that's out, I like the more muscular shape and it has the new interior, the one on this GLC is outdated at this point.

Love the car! One thing that does not work for me is the 'extra large AVANT GARDE GRILL SIGNAGE'. Would have preffered a smaller logo r the ELEGANCE GRILL

and the extras... EEEK! would like if these videos had a side by side comparison of an L or entry model and then the bells n whistles one it just seems to be most cars reviewed are tripped to the hilt or have options. When Joe blogs goes in to buy most start with budget so it'd be great to see what the bag of chips are before you add the spice burger!

I don't get the joke - For once, this was a model name-change that made sense (and makes the "maths" easier!): GLA is an A-Class on stilts, GLC is an inflated C-Class, GLE a bloated E-Class, GLS a hearse-shaped S-Class 🤣

Bad plastics on the inside! The adblue injector can be heard with the window opened and a lot more bad stuff. I have a glc coupe and never again a mercedes in my house...

So many issues on the last model and most of the Mercedes models!!! its sad but now brain washed by history of being a good car.
Mercedes customer care is absolutely crap . I have a 2020 glc and the chrome work around the windows have gone tarnished and the side steps it looks terrible to look at took it to Mercedes garage they took pictures of them and he told me down hold out much hope for you with Mercedes he had seen it before and they refused to put it right. And he was right he rang me back and told me Mercedes will not cover it what a Joke on a brand new car and whitch is a high end brand manufacturer. It will be the last one I buy and will tell anyone not to buy a Mercedes Benz
