    I am here with a fun & unique yet classic way of workout.
    "CYCLING"
    Something that connects us with our childhood. Each one of us has at some point of life enjoyed it .
    This pandemic time when gyms are closed, let's find a new way to STAY FIT
    #IMP - Maintain regularity. Do cycling everyday for 6 days a week.
    Do 1 hour cycling everyday, instead of 2-3 hours in a day.
    HOW TO BUILD STAMINA ON CYCLING
    There is a drill for beginner level & intermediate level.
    FOR BEGINNER LEVEL-
    WARM UP - 4 MIN
    NORMAL PEDALING - 2 MIN
    SLOW PEDALING - 2 MIN
    FAST PEDALING - 1 MIN
    REPEAT FOR - 25 MIN
    FOR INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
    WARM UP - 10-15 MIN
    NORMAL PEDALING - 5 MIN
    SLOW PEDALING - 2 MIN
    FAST PEDALING - 2 MIN
    REPEAT FOR 45-60 MIN
    ALSO TAKE WATER BREAK TO STAY HYDRATED.
