The hunt was everything I expected. Great to have a hunting friend like Trail, he is a great teacher and very Unselfish. Jillian Congrats 👍on your Antelope, you remind me of my granddaughter with her 1st Black Bear the emotions, One gets never lose that. God's Great Outdoors has many blessings for you Both. Just a Thank You for sharing this and Great job Trail for getting a new hunter into the field. Amen
Pretty awesome pronghorn hunt. It’s rare for one to let someone get that close in the wide open without a decoy and even more for it to jump a fence. Congratulations Trail on one sweet buck with character. Left the part where you really hurt yourself setting up the pop up blind. Congratulations Jill on your first pronghorn buck. I know that you felt bad about the shot, shows character and compassion. I am happy for you that he didn’t go far and you got one nice buck. I agree it’s important to get new hunters out there and for them to have a great mentor like Trail.
100% one of my favorite films from goHUNT. Watching Trail keep it fun and the way he remained calm when it looked like a bad shot was first class stuff all the way.
Such a great hunt! Trail, so nice to see the selfless acts of kindness with Jill during this hunt! I think you gave her the confidence to have an enjoyable hunt and the ability to harvest her first antelope! Enjoyed the video 👊🏻
@jennyclark6183 you are the most misinformed person on RUclips Lmfaooo that’s not what a animal die from with a bow and are dead within seconds. An animal that is in a market stands at a slaughter house for HOURS. Second a lion killing a zebra isn’t wrong lmfaooooo is nature and we are also animals omnivores, we are designed to eat meat and plants. Pick up a science book lady you’re delusional. At least be accurate. Also the money we spend on tags goes directly to making sure the animals habitat stays protected all while you have never given a cent to protect these animals
@jennyclark6183 thank god we don’t let people like you make any real decisions lol. I love how you are trying to tell me it takes hours when you have never hunted lol and the reason we don’t feel bad is because we know it’s right. I love how you don’t know about overpopulation and how important it is and will turn a blind eye to watching animals starve because you don’t like it to die in seconds and rather it be drawn out over months. You are a sick human being all while never discussing how you have never donated to actually care about the animals. You know why we don’t feel bad? Because it’s not wrong your just dumb lol
@jennyclark6183 you really should read up on this stuff because you have not stated a single fact. I feel sorry for people like you. You keep eating dandelions and we will make the important decisions. The fact that you think a majority of hunters are “raising” the animals is the dumbest thing I’ll hear all week. Bow kills do not take minutes. They hardly make it 20 yards which is less then 10 seconds. You’ve clearly never have done this before and hunters don’t hunt things to extinction that’s poachers that’s something completely different and again you have never given a single dollar to anything. That money goes directly to making sure the habitat is strong so people like you who want to open another vegan Starbucks don’t keep making the animals starve and die. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.
Look forward to another awesome hunt with Trail and the crew. I think this going to be a great episode more learning and enjoying Gods country nothing better. Thank you Go Hunt Team!!
As we started watching (my two boys and wife) I noticed Jillian's name and I thought wait a second she is the one that emailed me when I won a prize a few months back... I looked it up and sure enough it was her! My boys thought it was cool I talked to someone famous! Haha. Awesome hunt and hopefully many more to come.
Everyone who has bow hunted long enough has put one too far back and knows that feeling. Thank you guys for keeping it real. That femoral artery drops em quick !
Those are some nice compound bow's they are using and makes me think of back when I had my Bow. I almost shot a turkey one year at my girlfriend's parent's backyard in Tennessee. Always leaning into the shot and moving the bow to the side too fast.
Great film guys, hoping I'm as lucky as you both in a couple months as I go on my first Antelope hunt and it's with my bow. Congratulations Jillian and Trail on great bucks!!
@@matthewpeters5977 Predator like the brand or like a coyote? I was able to stalk within 130 and made a poke with a .270 on a late season doe tag several years ago. Im hoping to get within 70 yards with my bow.
@@brettfowler5114 Sorry... It's called the Ultimate Predator Stalker Decoy. They go on the front of your bow. Get the velcro straps. Then it's easy on easy off. You shoot right through it. I got an antelope decoy. Of course that's what I used. Now I have an elk as well as deer. I tree standed this year a few times for the first time ever. And the deer kept seeing me in my stand. So I put my buck decoy on while in my stand. And the deer calmed. I shot my first deer out of the tree stand. Not first deer but first from a stand. Buck came in to 30 yards. I shot over the top of him. He looked at me and my decoy and walked to 20 yards. Then I drilled him. They work. Good luck
@@matthewpeters5977 I’m originally from the east coast, tree stand hunting is how I was raised. Can’t get enough of it truth be told. Thanks for the advice on the decoy! I appreciate it
Trails demeanor on a hunt is goals. Gets woken up from a nap and heart shot’s a speed goat. Cool as a cucumber!
You got that right!
Really enjoyed watching Jillian take her first antelope with a bow. That first antelope was a dandy for sure!
He sure was! Thanks for watching Kelly
I have never seen one hop a fence. Always under or through. That was cool.
Hang around domestic sheep county. They grow up around woven wire fencing. They are quick to jump fences in those areas.
he went boing boing
Same. I grew up with them literally in my backyard and saw 10-20 on my drive into school everyday. Always under the fences
That buck at the 6 minute mark really wanted an arrow… never seen anything quite like that
Thank you for letting me know I'm not the only one who that that was incredible.
The hunt was everything I expected.

Thank you Jill for giving us a view of your experience! Our whole family loved it and you inspired some young minds with your courage and persistence.
That's awesome to hear! Thank you all for watching

Great video. You can put Jillian in more videos. She has energy and is excited to be out there
For sure!! Thanks for watching!
I cracked a beer expecting it was ready to rock. Now what? I guess I'll keep crackin' until it starts ;)
Always happy to see new hunters enjoy the successes of hunting!
Top notch editing skills in y’all’s videos. Trail is such a quiet professional, always fun to watch.
Much appreciated!

@jennyclark6183 so if a lion eats a zebra that’s just nature but if human eats an antelope that cruel?

Get a predator decoy for your bow. Works like a champ. I got 10 yards to my first Goat with a bow and nailed him.
