I gotta say, I’ve rewatched this…ought to be at least triple digits now. And I gotta say, I’m in love with it. I cannot praise it enough, and any attempt to do so wouldn’t give it the justice it deserved, so I hope my poor explanation will do some form of justice. You honestly capture one thing that I think a lot of people neglect and forget about Michael, especially life after the Scooper. The loneliness. It’s something we all can relate to - at least at one point in our lives - and therefore understand. We’ve all felt that pain, that emptiness. And never before have I seen it portrayed so well, as I’ve seen here. Genuinely, there is so much I can say that I’ll try to get through, but I cannot compliment you enough for this masterpiece. With the beginning periods of Michaels life, his illusion of a happy childhood before it settles in the reality of his young life - much like I imagine his mother had realised with her face during the beginning being blank, much like Michaels own - his fathers increasing paranoia, craze and sadistic glee, and going from the highs to lows of his life, all of which capturing moments of pride and the deepest despair right after. And obviously I must compliment the song choice too - that’s a significant part of my earlier point regarding your capturing of loneliness, from him on the ground, reflecting on his time as a child, no doubt thinking ‘nobody wants me’ while his (I assume mother behind him) comforts him, cutting to him waking up as a corpse is just so perfect. As again, when you think on it, that is Michaels life now. He truly can have nobody. He’s a corpse - a rotting, decaying corpse, barely human anymore. Any chance of meaningful social connection is over for him, save for perhaps a measly one way phone call, and you really reinforce that with having Michael sit down to watch his soap operas, and ending it on a kissing scene between the two characters in it really demonstrates that - once again capturing what I love about this. The loneliness. I’ve seen so few people really reflect on this, and portray it in such an emotional and accurate way that all I can do is just applaud. Genuinely. You’re so underrated and this deserves hundreds of thousands of views. I hope you have a great day or night whenever and wherever you’re reading this, but thank you so much for all you’ve done.

Just saying, keep going, your doing GREAT.
