How to figure the decay rate over time? Are you able to see a decay rate over a 1 year or 30 year period?Would the tested item require a constant atmosphere and cosmic ray saturation?

Yeah, also noticed that... Very strange saying
The graphic shows that there was zero lead, which doesn't imply there's actually no lead.
