We have been to this resort probably 7 times over the years We like the smaller size resorts and the workers at this one have always been very friendly The standard rooms are ok nothing special but we dont go there to sit in the room anyways There are alot of critters at this resort which we enjoy but others may not Lots of coatis and iguanas and we have even had deer eating the flowers outside our room on occasion One thing I really like is that the pools are quite deep Many newer resorts have shallow pools that barely come past your waist I guess so they wont be too cold The food is also pretty good We aren't overly picky so we had no complaints The Blue Moon ala carte was our favorite I personally liked the orange color on the buildings They had just started painting them white the last time we were there so it will be interesting to see it when we go back this time
This is right next door to Hyatt Zilara RM, correct? I'm glad that they are repainting. I stayed at their sister property, Ocean Riviera Paradise a few years ago. It was huge! We had a good time.
Thanks for the tour Angie, What are the non privilege rooms like? is is a big difference? Also outside of top shelf drinks and a steak house, what more do you get with privilege?
Great Video Angie...how hard is it to get reservations at the "a la Carte" restaurant? We go to lots of AI resorts and some of them are next to impossible to get reservations for and that is a huge Pet Peeve for me...thx
Looks lovely, but... what does "budget friendly" mean these days? Esp. for a solo traveler? And what was that animal we saw, a version of southern racoon? :)
Looks great, Angie. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Frank! Have a great Tuesday.

Thanks for sharing!
I'm planning to go to Ocean Riviera Paradise they said it's beautiful and the food is phenomenal.
I haven't been there yet. You'll have to make a video.
Went here 8 years ago honeymoon. Loved it!!
How exciting!

It is next door.
Does Privilege include the so-called Butler Service? Is there a Privilege lounge?
It's not really a butler. Yes it has a lounge.

There's several other perks outlined in their website. The regular rooms are more simple and smaller.
Hey Angie, what did you use to go from the CUN airport to Ocean Maya? Thanks xx
A private transfer. Your travel agent can set one up for you.

It just depends how full the resort is. It can be difficult to get a 7 pm reservation.
Looking for a place to travel at Xmas with my 18 yo daughter. Would she have fun here or is it more for older adults?
What does she like to do for fun?
Would been nice to said what privileged cost
It depends on availability and your dates of travel.
Do you recommend going solo?
Sure.

It was a coti. Budget friendly means that it tends to price less than many other adults only all inclusive resorts in the Riviera Maya area.
