    I just purchased Artistry epoxy. Do you have a video on how long you wait between coats, or can you tell me? Very very new to this. Your the first RUclips video using Artistry epoxy.

      With Fast Set you can recoat in 45 min to one hour. For regular Artistry Epoxy, I do the 2nd part of my flood coat in the 4-6 hour range. Thank you so much for a great question!

    This cup is amazing. This is the first time I have seen mica used this way. Is it a fan brush you find easiest to put the mica on? I love how you used the brush to make it look so awesome. Thanks for sharing this

    • @alottletumblertutorials
      @alottletumblertutorials  Год назад +1

      I started with a small regular brush and then switched to a fan brush because the regular one was holding too much mica powder and just dumping everywhere. It took more trips to the cup with the fan brush but I felt like I had a lot more control! I hope that makes sense! Lol

    So you apply epoxy and then add the mica powder while the epoxy is still wet?? I assume your brush is tossed afterwards? This is a beautiful tumbler and this technique is amazing!!!!

      Thank you soooo much! Thats right! And then swipe up with the silicone brush! And I cleaned out the brush with 91% Alcohol and was able to just wipe off the silicone brush.

    This cup is gorgeous ! It moved too fast for me, I’m a beginner and would love to make this cup, I’m so confused on where you placed all the colors of glitter, same with the micas. Are the micas on wet epoxy? How many ml are on the cup while applying the micas? Do you have other videos explaining these techniques more in depth?

    • @alottletumblertutorials
      @alottletumblertutorials  Год назад +1

      I am so sorry! The base was just a 3 color ombre and I do have another video on that one! The micas were just on a super thin coat of wet epoxy. Maybe 2ml? This is the first one I have done with this mica technique but I just used a fan brush to apply at an angle then swiped straight up with a flat edged silicone brush. Does this help at all?
