I see SLIM, (HOWARD HUNT) of The Supreme Angels, standing up, he's now dead too, CLAY GRAHAM, whose brother, CLEAVE GRAHAM, CLAY, sitting next to CLAY, died recently, both sang with The Pilgrim Jubilees, CLEAVE GRAHAM, sang at CLAY'S Memorial Service, which had to be difficult, but he did a good job , and of course JOE LIGON, pronounced, (LIGONE) has passed too.. ROSCOE ROBINSON,JR., the leader of this song, died on 7/22/93. Many of our gospel greats are now gone. I'm sad because none of them will ever be replaced , because sings the way they did anymore. I miss it so much, but I have their recordings and of course there's RUclips, thanks to God, so I can always listen to them. Gospel will never be the same since they have passed and gone. SPENCER TAYLOR (not related to JOHNNY TAYLOR) is now 90 years old or older, he's still performing too. ROSCOE ROBINSON, JR., used to sing with Blind Boys of MS for a little while. I do love my black gospel, and always have. God has truly blessed SPENCER TAYLOR to live that long and still be able to perform. I want to one day write a book of black gospel singers.
