I loved Simon and Daphne so much in season 1 that I didn't think I'd love this couple as much but boy was I ever wrong. She is beautiful, smart, sassy and independent and she makes him a better man. This season had all the feels and all the fire while showing a lot less skin than last season.
Kate and Anthony love story is so strong that they didn’t need to show much s*x scenes (like Simon and Daphne being erotic 90% of the season) in order to have audience’s attention. That’s how big these two are - individually and together. Undoubtedly the greatest Bridgerton’s love story/couple of all!
These are by far the most romantic, emotionally stimulating and erotic couple I have ever experienced. Its the next best thing to actually being in a similar relationship.

Jonathan and Simone are GORGEOUS together! Exquisite acting skills! Bravo! I think the on screen storyline adaptation is better than the book version...AND that NEVER happens.
This is by far, the most romantic season. This slow burning is much better than Season 1 , being nothing left to the imagination but super explicit. Don’t get me wrong, I loved it, but it did become a bit much. I have watched this 3 times already. It will definitely be hard to top their love story. ❤️ Will hate waiting a year or more for Season 3.

Beautiful scenes offset by the soundtrack which conveys so much emotion. Although not overly keen on the unnecessary subplots overall I loved S2. Well done Jonny and Simone👏🏽stellar casting and performances from you both! 😍

Each season has its plus and minus. Watched all 3 seasons. They are ALL great actors but you cannot create chemistry, you either have it or not. Jonathan although we know is gay, played the part with Simone very, very well. Of all 3 seasons so far, season 2 has been the best in terms of romance, sensuality, intimacy with practically no sex in between. This is what the best romantic stories aspire to. The connection and passion between Anthony and Kate is outstanding thanks to Simone and Jonathan. The looks, breath, body displays, the touches without touching, we see their desires and constraints. I rewatched many times, it is absorbing. They say opposites attracts here we see two same characters headstrong and determined however, love breaks them completely that they become one. As it should be in good marriages. No more words needed but outstanding. A fairy tale you say but why not aspire to one life can offer GIFTS.
Wonderful video. But noticed that several videos, including this one, cut off that last second of Anthony, at the very end of the series, the last second, and that crinkle in his face when he looks at her! The best part!
She reminded me of my one negative criticism about the KAnthony romance. Kate was allowed to acknowledge Anthony being handsome, however Anthony NEVER referred to Kate's obvious beauty. Did the writers want us to love Kate's other attributes only?

I feel it was great banter that she reduced him to his "pleasing smile and nothing more", while he was so out of his element (and league) with her that he was constantly trying to gain his footing. I feel like she constantly had the upper hand and this shook him to his core, leaving the looks a moot point. Although she did reminded me of a Disney princess (big eyes, perfect nose, flawless skin, and that hair!).

Such shows are designed (shamelessly by Netflix) to revise and erase the historical horrors of British Colonialism. Indians romancing white guys in Colonial Britain..Yeah right. non white people were sub human in colonial Britain. Some might argue, this show is a piece of fiction trying to bring mutli racial representation (and I agree to some extent), but this attempt becomes egregious because neither the British monarchy nor any member of the British regency have ever publicly expressed any form of regret for Colonialism unlike the Germans have for the holocaust...There is a convenient inhibition nowadays to discuss the horrors of colonialism in the West .. Hell a lot of Britishers are arrogant enough to even think colonialism were good for the colonies.. Also the British don't teach their colonial past in schools.. The scores of shows fantasizing the Victorian era British Regency with no mention of colonialism is ample proof for this 'push it under the rug' attitude
I don't think the writers are trying to erase the impact of British Colonialism, but giving creative license to what it would have looked like with out the stigma of race and racism.
