I remember when we returned from Amnesia in 1998 early in the morning, we were completely exhausted. We reached our hotel (Fiesta Club Playa d'en Bossa => now Ushuaia) and heard loud music from across the street. We couldnt believe our eyes a club could open in the morning. Instead of sleeping we entered Space the very first time in our life. A magic moment.

i dont know if all of this was somehow different and better and we all want to go back or because we were young and everyone likes to thing about their youth. but idk, i bet when the electronic music was on rise in europe after the iron curtain fell, all was new, we all were eager to try new things we couldnt before 89 and we actually enjoyed it. now people know everything is legal and free and dont appreciate it because there isnt that effect. i bet if there hadnt been the iron curtain, idk if we'd have enjoyed everything like we did. the same with czechtek and other festivals, that now live only in our memories.
