I playied this game when i was 5. At the end of story i cryied. And it makes me wanna still wanna cry... I think Czech Republic must be proud... The story is best i ever playied, and Mafia is a legend...
Its been 6 years since I first heard this..and WOW there hs been nothing, all these years, that quite grasped me like this game..the lvel of immersion ..making one feel that this was not just a game but reality..the music...well I really m speechless..its a lifetime experience..one must play it to realise! Hope Mafia 2 is atleast as great as this one!

Oh my god I remember when I got this game back then, launched it, watched the intro, the red MAFIA logo came on at around 1 minute, and saw the city the first time, with people walking around, I went:. ...what? I will be able to drive around in that city? :O And so I did. Most amazing game ever, I remember I took note of the mileage of my taxi in freeride and drove around every night with steering wheel
People will NEVER make better game than Mafia ,even that Mafia II won't be better.I completed Mafia long ago ... and duuno i play it over and over again ..duuno why ....maybe BEST songs and story is the point but ...i can't ,realy can't explain with words how Mafia is beatiful game and sounds in it....just...just..love it :P

this game rocks the graphics weren't the greatest but they nailed the storyline this game by far in mafia games has the best storyline (yes even beating the godfather games, as the godfather games sucked balls)
