@WanderingWagars oh no, I didn't go during New years. I went 2 times this year, lol. I went in April and in July. I loved it. It's something about that place that brings so much peace to me, especially behind the hotel where the river is at. I love how fast it runs.
Whenever possible, we try to learn about First Nations and Native Americans. We were lucky to attend a Pow Wow in New Mexico, and it was such a fascinating event. The music, traditional clothes, such a powerful event. I hope we get a chance to visit Quebec and Wendake at some point.
I want to Wendake 2 times this year from NY and I loved it so much!

Exploring Indigenous cultures has been one of our favorite parts of world travel. There is always so much to learn.
