I would return it. If those two bolts for the diff cover don’t line up before you put the top bolt in the brace is no good. I wouldn’t want that kind of pressure all holding onto one bolt in the diff cover. If you need to I would drill out one of the bottom holes so you can line it up and put all the bolts in.

Yes, since then that is what I did after the first weekend out. I realigned it and all of the bolts fit!
