This is flying at its purest. Today I spent almost 10 hours operating an Airbus A320 over Europe, which is nice, but coming home and seeing this video has been so inspiring and a reminder of how much more in touch with the experience it’s possible to be. No computers, no radar vectors or twisting knobs on a panel, just you, the stick and the kingdom you survey. Would love to try it!
I know the feeling. When I fly for my job it's fun but you can easily forget you are flying. When you fly an ultralite, you know EXACTLY what's going on.
After my father lost his pilots license due to heart conditions, he had an ultralight. I imagine this is how he felt when he flew. He rode motorcycles all his life and this was his thrill in life. An excellent example, thank you for sharing this.
На 5 мин. 24 сек. такое "чистое" приземление, как "по учебнику" -- достойно восхищения! Замечательная девчонка - пилотесса! Успехов ВАМ, всего хорошего!
She cracks me up! Her little feet go down like old Flintstones cartoon when she slows down, stops an instant teenager, got check phone an send a text! Awesome, shes so confident!
I have flown into that airport one time but have hung out there many, many times over the years. Always enjoy chatting with the personnel on duty. Used to have good conversations with Pete.
Her video randomly came up in my feed while I was looking at place to view at the Mach Loop in Wales, heading there next week, I can imajin her flying there one day, “Dream, Big work hard, & let what you love, be what you do”🤙🏼🙂🐕🐑
This is my first visit to this channel. Halfway through the video, I used full-screen on my 20-inch monitor and the view was dramatic. I can see what it takes to fly: the foot controls and the steering column. Small movements, nothing dramatic. Thanks for the ride!
I know nothing about ultralight flying, but I would want a helmet, jacket, pants, boots, and gloves. I have a good friend who was in a serious accident in an ultralight. It left him with permanent injuries.
Everything about this is so RIGHT on! But flying open cockpit w/out protective helmet seems so wrong given the great choices in PPG these days. There's no easy recovery from head-trauma in the unlikely event of a survivable crack up. I often wear a helmet and my aircraft is closed cockpit. Just say'in - thank you for reading and keep up the great flying Alina. Respect.
This was nice,i found this really relaxing to watch....probably not quite so relaxing flying through.she has to be aware of sudden gusts etc..very nice flying and excellent landing...
Hello Mr. William, I enjoyed seeing another flight from Alina. How big is this gas tank? Is it more than 5 gallons? Thank you and good flights to Alina.
It looks like you got the same weather we had Tue. 78 degrees in Rock Island Il. Love to watch Alina fly. Today wednesday didnt get above freezing. Jer
I was interested in ultra lite flying back when the planes were made of very thin stone. I had a wife and family. Me and a work friend went to an air field met a guy and asked him some questions. I asked him about flying an ultra lite and life insurance. He said if you crash have a friend drag you out to a road make sure you are dead then run over you with his car. It had to look like a different kind of accident. Alina you make jealous and it looks like you are a real pro. You will be just fine!
Indeed flying at its purest, no radials or inner/ outer markers no autopilot, in fact no distractions for what is the greatest feeling in the world. Cant beat an open cockpit and the wind in your hair. In todays aircraft we have lost that basic 'feel' of the aircraft and what it wants to do. Sensing when it will stall or drop a wing. Flight should be an experience you feel within your heart and soul, no fear just the desire to reach greater heights to live your dream. You will go far Alina with you wonderful Papa's teaching and care. Flying intoxicates our blood it cannot be equalled. Yes I agree I do adore her 'brakes' 😉
If you are a pilot and you like to fly, whatever type of aircraft, you’re flying, you know there’s a chance you could end your life that way but your love for flying outweighs the fear of dying that may sound a little crazy if you don’t fly but that’s just the way it is
Everything we do from running a table saw to doing home wiring runs a risk. Life was never meant to be totally safe. Nothing in life is without risk including just driving. It was meant to be lived! Great flight and landing. At 60 I would love to try the same one day.
Thank you for an enlightening phone conversation William. I am convinced that Alina is getting the preparation and knowledge she needs to safely pursue her dreams of flight.
I've flown in a little two-seater airplane with someone several years ago. The experience left me quite rattled. I promised myself I will never again fly in anything smaller than a 747. You just feel more on a level playing field in a jumbo jet...
Hello when the engine was switched off did it diesel on? or run on? It sounded like heat in the plugs ignited un burnt fuel in the combustion chamber? Or is that just something microlight engines do ? May be worth pointing heat sensor gun at the plugs an check temperature is correct. Cheers

Couldn’t agree more!
This is a powerful post!
Careful! Moving from the big jet to li'l bitty airplane upset by a couple knots of gust has claimed too many ATP lives.
@@erickborling1302 I agree, when I switch back and forth there is a bit of a recalibration necessary.

What an amazing young lady, living life to the fullest.😀

LOVED the Barney Rubble FOOT STOPing on the TAXIWAY!
One very lucky young lady to have a Dad that allows her to fly around in her own ultra lite whenever she wants to.
Well...maybe not whenever she wants... But close.
With her flight experience I think she has earned a few more flights! Go Alina!
Having a daughter of my own, I would day one Brave Dad 😂. Go girl, enjoy!
A@@UncaDave
excellent young lady. This country needs more of you, God Bless
She cracks me up! Her little feet go down like old Flintstones cartoon when she slows down, stops an instant teenager, got check phone an send a text! Awesome, shes so confident!
She was filling out her flight log .

Alina, you are one brave lady.
relaxed not cold or shivering done this before enjoying the view yet focused then the GREASER of a landing. i gave a Like.
I like how she did the "Fred Flintstone" braking at the end
LOL I just said same thing..LOL

But this is America, the true wild wild west of yesteryear!
It’s only a matter of time
Thank you for sharing this wonderful flight !
A french pilot
A very confident young lady pilot. This is all a prelude to an amazing career in aviation.
Amazing video but, as the old seagull said, "You'll never get me up in one of those things!"
You cant always pussy foot around in life. The young ones have a heart of stone and will to survive.
This was nice,i found this really relaxing to watch....probably not quite so relaxing flying through.she has to be aware of sudden gusts etc..very nice flying and excellent landing...
I love how you look so relaxed and confident in yourself flying up there... I'm so jealous!
Indeed, and she stuck that landing.
I like how when she shuts her engine off, she immediately…..fills out her log book!
Unless this is a registered aircraft, what would be the point?
it's relaxing watching you fly
Great video and a perfect approach and landing.
What a epic childhood !
Another solid landing!
Love it!! Thank you for sharing your exhilarating experience!!
Hello Mr. William, I enjoyed seeing another flight from Alina. How big is this gas tank? Is it more than 5 gallons? Thank you and good flights to Alina.
She must have grown. Her feet/legs reach the pedals better now.
I love that plane! Nice video also.
It looks like you got the same weather we had Tue. 78 degrees in Rock Island Il. Love to watch Alina fly. Today wednesday didnt get above freezing. Jer
Love it!! Great to see young pilots doing what they love, it is after all the best sport out there! Fly safe!👍
As a pilot in his twilight years, I can only say "you go girl", the sky is the limit for you.
Well done, young lady. 👍
She did a great job ! 👍

Ok, I want one now.
Beautiful landing! Smooth as silk!
wow Nice landing

This is like an air motorcycle. Fun to watch!
Young ........... Earned her wings .
My goodness, she's at such high altitude and totally reliant on canvas and hollow metal tubes or pipes.
I enjoyed the video immensely, thanks for sharing and greetings from Jamaica.

I enjoyed the conversation as well.
Loving the flintstones braking method at the end.
That's exactly what I was thinking ... but we're giving away our age.
I need one of these in my life so badly.
I soloed at mks..used to be 50j in 1999. Great folks in monks corner south carolina..just north of Charleston.
Very cool. Thank you for sharing this. 👌😃🌷
Every pilot should fly these once in the wind, to know what real pucker factor is
She flies confidently.
That was a really fine three point landing. 😁✌🖖
smooth landing!
Love watching… thanks
She should've brought her a mini parachute for her safety just in case something goes wrong. Safety is always come first.
Beautiful flight a toast to you.
Very cool. 😎 Thanks for the video.
You must be so proud !!! 😊Congratulations on raising a great kid !!!
I am!
The nosewheel slowly spins in flight.
3 or 4 more camera angles are needed to hold the interest. Like she's in a wind tunnel with a CGI video screen in the background.
Very nice machine! Beautiful ^^
So awesome and relaxing view
Future professional pilot for sure!👍👍
Such confidence.
Well done Young Lady!
Great video, but I would really like to see one with outside, ground and air views. Nice one Alina. 😉
Try one of the VR videos.
Glad to see her wearing eye protection
A natural!
Excellent video! You're off to a great aviation career!

You just feel more on a level playing field in a jumbo jet...
That narrows down the choices.
Looks like a lot of fun....
Отличный полёт! Девушка - молодец
Superb landing. I am jealous!
대단합니다. 멋진 아가씨. 당신을 응원합니다. 한국에서
She must be a dairy farmer, that landing was butter.
She is more zen than driving a bike A+
Great flying..
That yoke looks like it would be an arm workout after awhile
Nice landing!
Nothing but grease on those landings! Pretty work!
Looks like a lot of fun. Stay safe.
I'm gonna have to look into getting an ultralight. Probably a Challenger ll. That would be so much fun.
Really enjoyed this!
I can see the nose wheel is already turning while in the air.
That looks like so much fun 😎

Damn, the kid handled landing like a pro!
Too kool!
Great girl - I´m impressed.
Show Alina!!! Congratulations!!!
Marcelo, Porto Alegre city, Brasil!!!
Wow nice little aircraft!.. how much is one of those & do you need a pilots license?.👍
24k. No license needed.
sicherlich traumhaft schön, so zu fliegen...aber war das nicht zu kalt ?
Thanks!
Thank you!
Красавица, одевайся потеплее!
Merci pour ces belles images ❤ RF
Great landing. 👍
Excellent landing.

It does that often. The cht's are fine and the plugs look good so I don't worry about it.
