Just over a year after his skiing accident, Jimmy Jan is not only at ease speaking on our podcast about disability stories, but he has also amassed his own social media audience of more than 700,000 people who are interested in his new life as a paraplegic.
In this podcast we discuss the one story he's yet to share online, the societal influence of TikTok especially on young creators, and how he summoned the bravery to go back to the accident site less than a year after it happened.

As an occupational therapist working with patients in like "early rehab"with high spinal cord injuries/tetraplegics/quadriplegics (however you wanna call it) I really enjoyed hearing about you beeing able to enjoy your life and reexploring the dating life as a disabled person. I always tell my patients that, but it's really awesome hearing it from someone who is personally effected, particularly because your accident happend recently, like with my patients.
