- Jake Myers puts the iconic Myer's Mustang "S1CKO" on the Summerrnats Burnout pad for the last time during the Burnout Masters qualifying session, and what a Burnout it was.
With a whole heap of revs from the Blown Injected Windsor and a drive from one end of the pad to the other it was certainly a contender for a Top 10 position into the Burnout Masters Final, unfortunately the judges deemed the car to have crossed the exit line mid-burnout resulting in a loss of valuable points.

I've been a fan of Gary's since I was a kid! late 80's (1988-89?) Kandos burnouts were in the main street and Gary tore it up and been a fan since!
What a car, smoty winner, land speed attempt, and the ultimate burnout king. Thanks for all the memories Gary and Jake

Only person upset will be burnout masters! Last year performed poorly but was the greatest thing ever against Lynchy apparently. This year don’t make top 10 and Lynchy wins? How biased and pathetic is the judging? I loved this car but now can’t stand it. It was the original solid king but was favoured so hard by Summernats and burnout masters it lost its appeal to us all.
