Hongjoong has producing credits on both of their albums! Minjae, Xikers leader, is a LOT like Hongjoong in terms of writing and producing music. He wrote a pre-debut song called Geek that you should definitely check out. They were called KQ Fellaz 2 pre-debut. The maknae, Yechan (high pitched rapper - first to rap on Tricky House) was only 17 when they debuted. Before that he was on a show called Under Nineteen. He was the youngest contestant on the show at the age of 12. He was eliminated in the final round of the show just barely missing out on debuting in the group 1the9. He was just too young despite his incredible talent. It’s a good thing though…because he became a trainee at KQ and now we have him in Xikers! These dudes just celebrated their 1st year anniversary back in March. To think it’s only been a year and they drop banger after banger. The can’t miss.
KQ artists never disappoints! Captain Hongjoong also includes in writing and producing their albums. Hj wrote my favorite bside of xikers "Xikey" I hope you can check it out!
Yes you are right hongjoong is involved in producing some of their songs in almost all 3 albums so far.. xikers is a 10 member group ( a members junghoon is on hiatus due an injury , he had to go through a big surgury so he is taking abreak eversince afye rthe promotions of tricky house i believe) so currently they r promoting as 9 members until he join them again their leader is minjae , yechan, yujun, hyunwoo, hunter, seeun, jinsik, junmin, and sumin. They debuted last year on february 18th..
Love our KQ babies. You are correct, Hongjoong has helped produce their songs. I have not found a song I don’t like of theirs. Definitely listen to Rockstar, Do or Die, Koong, and Red Sun. The fandom name is Roady. They are all born between 2003 and 2005.
They had double title tracks on their first album: Tricky House and Rockstar. Tricky House and Oh My Gosh were a bit more ATEEZish while songs like Xikey were more indicative of what was to come (makes sense since Atiny were likely to check out their debut). Their other two albums demonstrate their unique sound. xikers concept is related to Korean goblins (dokkaebi)--nature spirits/gods that can inhabit objects and have special powers. They can be mischievous and can also be helpful. They're associated with blue flame, so it seems that the blue flames around the man in some shots are the members in their spirit form. My take: while it appears the goblins are being mischievous, I believe they're being mischievous in a helpful way. The man is working so late that no one is left on the subway by the time he leaves work. He looks stuck in the daily grind of life. I think exposing him to music, the arcade, dancing, and the carnival is their attempt to help him remember what it feels to enjoy life again. At the end of the bridge, they say "tell me what you want. Tell me what you need." and a car appears. I think they gave him what they sensed he wanted. The man smiles ear to ear as he drifts around the parking lot. Minjae's last words are "don't forget." This could have double meaning: 1) "Don't forget" it's our time now (we've debuted). 2) "Don't forget" to have fun and enjoy your life (within the context of the MV). I think they left because they had accomplished their mission. Apparently, goblins are known to inhabit household items like tools and brooms. I think the ten brooms at the end are proof he hadn't been dreaming. He had actually encountered 10 goblins. If you watch the dance practice you can better see that the dance is very difficult. You can also see moves that relate to their concept like in the chorus where they look like tricky spirits by the way they move and turn, and the ending fairy hand gesture with their thumb touching their head and pinky extended which I believe is supposed to represent their horns. Yes, xikers have already done their first world tour. I saw them in San Francisco. 😊
they have the same choreographers as ATEEZ, BBTrippin'. I will say their choreo has gotten more intense since tricky house. I'd check out their dance practices but other songs such as: - Xikey - Oh My Gosh (no mv just lyric video maybe a concert clip???) - Rockstar - Koong - Do or Die - Homeboy - Sunny Side - Red Sun they definitely have a late 90s/early 2000s sound which I'm a big fan of! they've also done dance covers from other groups and they did really well! fandom name is roady
Oh I guarantee you they are a lot different from ateez but they are as great as them too!! Love Xikers so much. Maybe react to Do or die and Koong next!!

Xikey is my favorite. You're right. They're so young. The Maknae was 16 or 17 when they debuted. Fandom is Roady.

They are all born between 2003 and 2005.
Hongjoong the captain of ATEEZ is the co-producer for this group alongside edenary.

Lincoln, Tricky house is their debut song FYI. They are all born between 2003 and 2005.

- Xikey
- Oh My Gosh (no mv just lyric video maybe a concert clip???)
- Rockstar
- Koong
- Do or Die
- Homeboy
- Sunny Side
- Red Sun
they definitely have a late 90s/early 2000s sound which I'm a big fan of! they've also done dance covers from other groups and they did really well!
