Thanks john for the nice comments. So far on my Munro journey it’s my favourite place as well, especially when you get conditions like that. Cheers, Frank 👍🏔
Could this stage of anyone's life be any better. If you have the desire, opportunity and physical ability to get out when you want and see this scenery.
Superb vid Frank, unbelievable scenery, I’m contemplating doing these on Wednesday weather permitting, I may miss out the horns depending on time and snow/ice.
Cheers John, it’s a classic and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It just snowed the night before I did it which added to the beauty of the area. Hope you get the weather mate.👍
I don't know how you do it, you must have a head for heights. I got a vertigo attack at the summit of schiehallion, my first Munro, in 22. I couldn't do these! Spectacular scenery though - love Scotland. Thank you - stunning videos. Keep safe pal.
Thanks for watching & commenting Philip.👍 I had a fear of heights initially but got better with it as I did more climbing. I still have my moments tho🤣🤣 Glad you’ve started the munro journey as it’s a fantastic way of seeing some truly magnificent sights.👍 Hope you find some of my other vids useful as you continue your journey. Thanks again ATB Frank.👍🥾🏔
Thanks for watching again Paul 🤣🤣. I now think anything longer than 25 mins is too long for RUclips unless it’s an epic hike..I’ll keep the longer versions for my private collection. You’ll love them when you get around to doing them Paul ATB Frank.🏔👍
Absolutely loved this munro, done it solo last September on a clear blue scorching hot day, absolutely incredible views and was actually quite an emotional climb, our country is just beautiful.
Thanks for the comments and yes I would have to agree with you it’s an absolute classic especially on a lovely clear day. We certainly live in a beautiful country for sure. Cheers Frank.👍🏔☀️
Brilliant Frank.,unfortunately I never got the views when I did this route. I missed our big time. Looked awesome. I’m hopefully heading on this Sunday for first time in a while. Get my Munro Jo back!
Cheers Andrew, yeh I kept that one for a good day to see the area at its best. That’s good your heading out, enjoy wherever you go and look forward to the vid. ATB Frank.👍🏔
@@hikingwithfrank315 thanks. Just an easy 2 on the east side of drumochter. Weather permitting. That’s 6 Months it took my mates ankle to heal to be hill fit again!
another cracking film Frank ...just realised it was 42 years ago when I climbed up there with my late dad including getting severely sunburnt climbing Ben Eighe as it's mostly quartzite...! Itching to go back!
Thanks Mike, you would have enjoyed that with your dad, still to do Beinn Eighe, hopefully this year. I’ll bet your itching to get back. Cheers, Frank.
Great Video, did these Munro’s last year, would love to go back. Looking forward to getting out in the hills again. You got some cracking weather for it !
Thanks for taking the time to watch it, yeh the hills up there are something else, I’m looking forward to getting back up there again this year, and same kinda weather would top it off. ATB Frank. 🏔👍
