I went to their concert just over two months ago. Videos do not do them justice.
I was a very casual listener before. I always thought they were pretty alright but didn't offer me anything that a Japanese band like Band-Maid or TRiDENT couldn't do better.
But then I went to the concert and realised how wrong I was. Rolling Quartz absolutely THRIVE on the stage. Jayoung sounds so much better live than in the studio recordings. You know how some singers only show their true skill and potential when you see them in person? That is Jayoung 1000%! The vibe, the energy was off the roof!
The music videos aren't able to show you how good they really are. Rolling Quartz is a band that is meant to be seen live in person!

To give you a little idea, this was their concert setlist. A good mix of originals and covers:
      - Seven Nation Army (The White Stripes)
      - For Whom the Bell Tolls (Metallica)
      - Higher
      - Burn It to the Ground (Nickelback)
      - Rock'n'roll Paradise
      - Blaze
      - Bad Romance (Lady Gaga)
      - Misery Business (Paramore)
      - Delight
      - Holler
      - Metal Heart (Accept)
      - Zitti e Buoni (Måneskin)
      - Smells Like Teen Spirit (Nirvana)
      - Good Night (Dreamcatcher)
      - Fearless
      - Azalea
      - Pink Venom (Blackpink)
      - Sing your Heart out
      - Helena (My Chemical Romance)

@@marcelwannieckDang that's an impressive and broad setlist! 😍
Now I'm going to see if anyone has uploaded a bootleg video of them covering For Whom the Bell Tolls 🤘

      @@marcelwannieck...WHAT?!...That's a bad a** set list! 😎😎😎😎😎...
I have a whole list of Asian bands, solo artist and idol groups I desire to see live...Now I need to add Rolling Quartz to the mix just from that setlist alone.

Their aura live hits so different! Saw them in Europe a few months ago, also bought Soundcheck & VIP add-ons so I got to quickly say hi to them. They're SO friendly, super down to earth but just a different beast on stage. Especially captivated by Arem's presence and Jayoung's live vocals, + the fact they're not THAT well known so they tend to play smaller, more intimate venues, just an absolute treat

Great reaction! I love watching them perform and actually the members hair colours are their member colours I think. I think the singer is the only one that’s experimented with a completely different colour.
    Yeongeun: purple
    Arem: black/dark red
    Iree: bright red
And Hyunjung: blue. I think she’s done both black with blue tips and blonde with blue tips.

They haven't been close enough for me to travel and see them live. They do have a number of live performance videos up. When they were first starting out they did live stream concerts on their channel. And did fan interactions between songs. With Eng translations from Lyndsey and Spanish translations from Debbie. You can find them on the "Live" section of their channel. There wzs even one where Alexa dropped by and performed with them for a bit. They have a few videos up from their recent Euro Tour as well. Also, Muse 🤟

Great video! I hadn't quite figured out what comparison felt right for this song, but I think you might be onto something with Muse. The main riff and that guitar tone would fit right in for a Muse song.
I got to see them live last year and it's still one of my favorite shows of the year and one of the top favorites of all shows I've been to. The energy of the whole thing was so happy and positive. Only downside is how fast it felt like it went by even though it was a full length set. I can't wait to see them again!

I saw them live last year and they were amazing. They put on a great show. I actually got to meet them too. They are even more beautiful in person and they were all very nice.

Chicks doing hard rock and metal? YES! ✔️...
I started my Asian music journey awhile back with J-Rock and branched out from there, so hearing hard rock/metal in K-Rock takes me back and hits the spot! 🤘...
Even better when they are beautiful (just a bonus, far from a necessity), kick a** on the vocals and instrumentals and truly know how to make great songs and rock out. 😎...
    Total queens of rock'n'roll. 👑 👑 👑 👑 👑

I sadly couldn't go when they came to Texas (I was broke and Dallas is a 7 hour drive from Corpus Christi). They do, however, have a bunch of "Self Bootleg" concerts on their channel. I'm certain it can't compare to seeing them work a crowd but they're fun and you get to see some of their on stage chemistry.
Also, yeah, nice Muse vibe from this track. I'm surprised you didn't mention it but the video seems to be somewhat inspired by "The Mask" with Jim Carrey. They put on the masks and their inner selves manifest and they just want to be happy. Even the dog puts the mask on and turns into a giant dancing lion 😊
Excellent song with a very fun video.
Also, Yeongeun, the drummer, always captures my attention too. She really does have very unique features that almost make her look like a living anime character (in the best way possible). That, plus purple is my favorite color and I love drums 😁

I got to see them in Minneapolis a week and a half ago. They were lovely in person and put on a great show. It’s funny you mention Muse because another favorite band of mine The Warning is a big fan and has opened for Muse. Three sisters from Mexico who have a new song and video out called Automatic Sun. Check it out🎤🥁🎸

It's their Pre Release Single for their 2nd upcoming EP on the 19th of June this Year 😊
Yeah Yeongeun is an impressive Drummer 👍🏻 she also has a Personal RUclips Channel (the other Members do too (you just have to search for their Names Jayoung, Hyunjung, Arem & Iree and you will find them too but I Link you Yeongeun's Channel for now she Posts Short Drum Covers on it ☺️: youtube.com/@drum9501?si=Yyd40ON4TfCBZbRn
Also they went for a heavier Sound intentionally, because they said in an Interview actually that they want to implement even Harsh Vocals in their Songs at some Point. Soo we can definitly expect them to Go heavier and heavier as time goes by ☺️
