Make the logging companies pay to have the culverts checked and cleaned on a regular basis. They make millions and taxpayers are supposed to foot the bill. Those trucks beat the hell out of the roads and the companies have the equipment to do the job.. I applaud this guy because he cares about his community and we need a whole lot more people like him today.

It doesn't have to be that deep to get soaked unless you are one porky fella. Post 10 aint porky at all with the amount of exercise he gets doing this stuff. Easily less than a foot of water (to get soaked) I'd say, much less than some of the beaver dams he's drained before.

It's all fun and games, until you wrench your back, tryin to move a log, that's too heavy. If he had a 14" Silky Bigboy, he could have been way more productive, cleared that one and went looking for the next.

Great vid! Sorry you fell but it prolly felt good to get soaked. Did you sit down, lay back and put your feet in the air to drain your boots a bit? BTW, tools are always all around you. You can use logs as levers and braces, or sticks to help clear the leaves and debris and dirt. Branches also make good rakes and brooms.

Two quick things though, they have mini battery chainsaws out there that could make the bigger things safer and quicker. The other is I popped my knee out once pretty bad in my late 20s pulling back on a tricky surface so just saying. Keep bekng awesome though! (If you need some help with the mini saw let me know.)

@@Joserocha-wm9de Even a smallish, battery-powered chainsaw (like the one waiting at Lowe's for me to pick up) would be optimum, but he said he doesn't like to use tools.
I believe snakes and leeches take the fun out of unclogging drains more than a 24V Kobalt chainsaw ever could.

Hey man! Been watching almost all of your drain videos the last couple of weeks. Thank you! Two quick things though, they have mini battery chainsaws out there that could make the bigger things safer and quicker. The other is I popped my knee out once pretty bad in my late 20s pulling back on a tricky surface so just saying. Keep bekng awesome though! (If you need some help with the mini saw let me know.)
