At nearly every step I caught myself whispering something like “wow, it’s already looking beautiful.” You have the skills of a master and I’m always drawn to your videos as I make my own models. Simply superlative!
I was looking for a channel like this for a long time. Sub incoming. Great job, greate comments and handy tips.. All the best and the development of the channel ;)
this model looks so cool! I recently started this hobby and I'm currently kitbashing the Amati Mayflower and turn her into a pirate ship, hironically I used a color scheme similar to yours lol btw I think this Xebec is one of those used by the knights of Malta or one of the italian marittime republics due to the presence of crosses on the stern and flags
Super glue or some places call it 502 glue. The reason I use it because it dries fast to speed up my build. However, I found out the jewelry glue works the best. Good luck building!

Beautiful model!
@@wmjm74Thanks. It is not that hard but takes some time.
I have a beautiful large Xebec model on display in my home. As a sailor it is inspiring to view. The shallow draft and Lateen sails are so unique.

the next little Masterpiece from Wood
Love the videos, please just use your own voice, it’s very easy to understand when following along with the build
Great looking build. I was glad to see you involving your daughter. Hopefully she will carry on the future of the hobby.
Thank you. Hopefully she will. She is certainly more crafty than I am at her age though.
What are you dripping onto the ropes to glue them in place? Extra thin cement, like Tamiya?
