  • I used the "Ultimate Tailgate Seal with Taper Seal Installation for 2015 and newer Chevrolet Colorado & GMC Canyon kit" which I bought on Amazon for $31 including tax. They have generic tailgate seals but I liked this one because it fits like a glove and should keep most of the dust out. Looking forward to my first dusty road to see how it does.
    Update:
Just did 10 miles on a dusty road, worked great, no dust inside!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back window and tailgate covered in dust.

Congratulations. I have been watching videos about enclosed trailer conversions. I'm thinking about getting one and converting it.
6 X 12 LoadRunner Enclosed Cargo Trailer is 5k and 1500lb empty. Interior height 6'8 so plenty of stand up room.

Some of those look really nice, amazing what people do. That is not a bad price, I was initially looking at an off road trailer at a truck place in Tacoma, they wanted 12k for everything just for a bed type trailer with removable sides, seemed way to expensive, it was called Next Jump Outfitters.

@@AmericanOutbackAmazing yeah anything over 7500 is ridiculous for a camper option. These enclosed trailers are 5k and probably 2500 for materials and products. Shower, cabinet, bed, AC unit, fan, solar system.

Wait until you see the new tent popped open, it is like going from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom! Now I can take Zoe again when traveling, having all her stuff in the bed of the truck will be a game changer and she won't get to hot like inside of a car. I even bought a trail stroller for her :) I do not miss, the ladder, the thought of it breaking or falling from it was not a good one after my ankle surgery last fall!

@AmericanOutbackAmazing you got Zoe a stroller?!?!? Now that I got to see!!!
I'm sure you heard about the road collapse in Wyoming? :( literally so sad 😞 that going to take forever to fix, you think?

Stroller video soon! I think they will have a bypass around it in hopefully a month or so? I have a video of that section of road from 3 years ago, Search Tetonia to Teton Pass and it is at the 36 minute mark. No idea it is that steep when driving around that corner, lots of trees before the slide. If they end up making a bridge it could take years, I wonder if it had a drainage culvert under it? To me the roadway looked like fill crossing a ravine/valley.

@AmericanOutbackAmazing oooo I can't wait to see that video of stroller.! Might get me to get one for my Zoe!
I was going to ask if you went over that road. I will definitely look for it. Kinda scary how it just collapsed . I watch alot of LIVE Web cams from Jackson hole now. There's so many. Thanks to you for mentioning it in one of your older videos. Now it's a place I really want to visit. So bad just don't know how its going to work with my health 😪

You are welcome, it is a neat area but unfortunately expensive for 99.9999999% of us to live there. Don't give up, keep trying :))) I should have a stroller video in the next week or so. Zoe sits in it in the house sometimes, not sure if she wants a ride or it is just comfy!
