The best thing about max range contain type old tech NOW mini-s buss is when u need to evacuate mass of ppl in a hurry b4 storm hits. The 1 time per month run jumps up to 1 time per week run b4 storm comes thru, or even 6 runs in month type hurry storm surging the ferry run.
I will build lots of bridges too but huge cost & time factor, & some places will never b connected by anything other than air new-tech coming & ferries. Airships will dramatically change & mass produce bridge work but some places u just can't float a bridge. Clean burn tech & dirt cheap fuel will make ferries man's god- like connection drive over water.

811 miles & 2 hr 2 mins by plane major hub travel, only if talking commercial shipping 1 time per week or month a mini ferry 4 drive lines & 10 mini-s max range can do it at 55 ish mph soon in 15hrs. It only makes logical since to run route 1 time per month shipping not ferry type run, but tech is same except for fuel capacity range. It's more in range of container buss & could go either way coin flip.

The front deck needs 2 casting seat locations and a step up . A/C in an open cockpit ? C'mon close it in with sliding side Lexan doors and a rear drop down window . Cheap stratoglass and canvas spray skirts on a million dollar vessel ! PLEASE , NO THANKS !
I only need 3 or 4 engines per mini so they don't hve to b V12 engine each of 3 or 4, just liked the design of new V!2, but cost efficiencies & easy of service & max power for wt at lowest operating cost will determine what engine ferries use not sexist motor & under full load not fishing load.
Why would you want that? 7 Marine 627’s weigh an ungodly 1094 lbs each (1.75 lbs per HP), which is why you NEVER see them on the high speed outboards doing the poker runs.
@@callagatorgaston2314 Power to weight ratio is so much better on the 450R's brother and almost half the price. 627's look cool but are dogs in the real world.

Viking has lost a huge chunk of market share to Cats and CC's. So much so that they created Valhalla CC which are way over priced for what they offer. I'm sure you'll still have the die hard Viking guys that Valhalla but I think the market is moving to the Cat and CC companies that grabbed the market share early.
The drag strip style plane I designed will take off & land in fraction of space for smaller Islands too small for ferry connection or vertical take off & landing commercial service military tech.
The next 50yrs will b all about ferries & airships & new flying tech, & man building own floating type Island non permanent living. Ppl living few stories under & over seas, & using all the new Islands build out GOD7 granted Me reward I asked for.
Only reason to mess w/double decker slow ferries is if place u drive on & off not normal near sea level drive on & off ht. Double deckers r for buses not ferries mostly losers.

I meant Houston to Cancun prt that sticks out is a long ferry run kid of max distance b4 u just fly there.

Crossing gulf TX to Acapulco Mexico is a example of long ferry run.
