श्री डिग्रे सिद्ध शाईकुमारी भगवती माताको मन्दिर, कर्णाली प्रदेशका मुख्य धार्मिक पर्यटकिय स्थलहरु मध्येको एक प्रमुख गन्तव्य हो । रुकुम पश्चिम जिल्लाको मुसीकोट नगरपालिका वडा नं. ५ थर्पूमा अवस्थित यो मन्दिर यस क्षेत्रको पावन यज्ञभुमी र फलप्रप्ती स्थालका रुपमा विख्यात छ ।
खप्तड स्वामी बाबा र वेदव्यास नामका महर्षीले तपस्या गरेको भनेर मानिएको यस मन्दिरको उत्पती परापुर्व कालमा भएको मनिन्छ । पहिला यो ठाउँ गोठालाहरुले पशु, चौपाया चराउने स्थालका रुपमा परिचित थियो । धेरै बर्ष पहिलेको कुरा हो, एकदिन साक्षात शाईकुमारी भगवती नामकी देवी उत्पती भई मन्दिर स्थापना र पुजाको नियम बताए पश्चात यस क्षेत्रलाई तिनै देविको नामबाट पुज्न थालिएको हो भन्ने जनश्रुती पाईन्छ । मन्दिरको लिखित इतिहासका रुपमा विक्रम संवत् १८ सय १४ सालको घण्टी फेला परेको छ ।

The origin of this temple is believed to have been in ancient times. In the past, this place was known by herdsmen as a place for grazing cattle and cattle. Many years ago, a goddess named Shaikumari Bhagwati originated and after explaining the rules of temple establishment and worship, it is said that the region was worshiped in the name of the same goddess. According to the written history of the temple, the bell of Bikram year 1814 has been found.
