Reticular opacities are seen in peripheral subpleural aspects of both lungs, more
marked in basal regions of both lower lobes. Mild traction bronchiolectasis and
architectural distortion are seen associated with aforementioned reticular opacities.
No e/o any significant honeycombing is seen.
No elo any significant ground glassing or nodules are seen.

Panda sign is a radiological sign described in Gallium Scan .it refers to enlargement of bilateral lacrimal and parotid glands
Similarly lambda sign of lymphadenopathy is in a Gallium scan
