I’m currently making your granny square top pattern;-) these videos are so good there are so many things you can make with granny squares, I keep looking around me and thinking I could granny square this, this and this. I am thinking one about creating a desk chair cover to jazz it up. (I’m still a beginner though so everything is a work in progress)

find an amigurumi pattern and only do the head. It becomes a very morbid pincushion, would recommend.

i made all of these really cute heart granny squares for a balaclava project like.. last fall, and as I started to sew it together I realized how much I hated it 😭 so my super cute granny squares have just been sitting in a pile for like almost a year. i just rediscovered them and I was thinking like.. what tf else could I turn these into, and then u posted this vid!! somehow u always know exactly what I need lol
Iʻve had a similar experience where I miscalculated the grid/the size of my squares of this dope Spider-man blanket I was planning for a previous partner. If I had kept with the OG plan the "blanket" would cover the ground of those tiny houses, maybe two. I quit making when I realized it wasnʻt gunna work out (just like the relationship) and gave away a large portion. I still have two containers of palm sized squares just chillin, a small square already sewn, and a pattern of the grid with all calculations from it all. And many lessons. Itʻs been well over 5 years since I made them tho 😅

something I've seen done is a full office/gaming chair cover with granny squares! I so badly want to do that in the future, it's such a cute idea and a good way to have a cute chair for my at home office without having to get a whole new chair that's probably bad quality just for the aesthetics lol. my current chair is just black and it doesn't fit my room aesthetic at all.

This video was so interesting and i have little question about your crochet skull pants (i will watch that video someday, because I wat see different your video (even i like to watch 50 crochet ideas series, because it's gives me inspiration for makes different crochet patterns)). Is that pattern custom free? Like if I want make my size L or XL (because i using L or XL size clothes). Can i use different granny squares like stars and moon or skull and spiders or fruits or hearts? Because on that 50 granny square ideas video in my crochet mind was thinking about what I'm gonna do those different granny squares and when you mentioned crochet granny skull pants on that video in my mind that's good idea to make me try, because i have never make crochet pants.
