I’m very surprised that Joe Buck understands their sense of humor and somewhat plays along pretty well with these guys.

Plus Joe Buck usually does a great job hosting the MLB All Star Games..he doesnt try to be too funny...knows everyone's names and pronounces them without butchering them..and is getting better at not repeating the same ole phrases..

He talks too much and does not let you hear the crowd and game action.

A person's team is losing and he's the easiest target for people's rage. He's a great and versatile sportscaster that is genuinely engaging.
Probably because so many of these commentator's are so surface level. And it's even more obvious now that we have guys like Tony Romo that actually go into depth in their analysis of the game when commentating. So you go from actually learning something from Tony to hearing Joe Buck and you just wanna say "Shut up Joe! We know!"
Or maybe it's because his last name is BUCK. That's a pretty hateable name.

Moose Knuckle Jackson he’s not very exciting, he has this weird knack of making exciting plays sound very dull, he’s not awful, just not great. Plus he butchered the randy moss mooning Green Bay hardcore
@@joesmitt565 So when his reaction to a home run or touchdown is too animated people say he's sucking off one team over the other. The guy literally can't win. And believe me if he was really that boring Fox would find someone else. They wouldn't hand over the commentator keys to the World Series year after year if he's really that dull.
