After 6 months of use, couple of light lines showed up exactly where the phone folds and after a week or so, half of the screen started flashing an intermittent light exactly where the text box appears. Do I have to say that founding and touching the phone damages it?? Samsung service said that I water damaged the mother board witch isn’t true. Of course warranty does not cover it. I knew I would have headache with this phone but didn’t think I would burn my money like this. It should be illegal selling this phone. I can’t forget to say that with a minor drop, outside screen stops working
The z flip 3 should be water resistant, the ones prior aren't, I had this exact issue on my z flip 2 5g from water damage after it fell in the sink but this one has had no issues I dropped it in water, it fell in a pile of snow and never had any problems after a quick wipe with a paper towel
So i just bought the phone and switched from an iphone 11 pro max: in every way i need, this phone holds its own. The crease, 99.9% of the time isnt apparent at all, it only really shows up in BRIGHT floresent lighting so far for me. The battery could be better, but its not so bad that i would say dont buy it- at least for me. The only real issues i have so far are all related to software/display/design differences between my old phone and this one- like the key board- i have mispressed a letter for at least each word now. I also still cant find out how to screen shot? or how to make the vibration while typing/tapping/etc go away because i hate that feeling. But i have had these same issues when borrowing others galaxy/android phones and i think more time with the phome will allow me to remedy these issues. other than that im really happy!
I have the phone. You can't even see the crease unless you're in extremely bright lighting maybe you'd see it. From the side you can but that's it and it's also something you hardly notice or feel using the phone
Yeah that's the downside to this phone but there's not too much else wrong with it! Just keep out out of a bright environment and the crease shouldn't be too bad-
In pearson its not as bad as it looks in the video... Only when there is a lot of sun shining you can really see it and if you are holding it at a certain angle...
