- In this video, Grant's AE86 finally returns from its recent paint job restoration, and it looks brand new! But with over 300k miles on this chassis, there's still a lot of work ahead.
Grant is diving headfirst into the project, starting with essentials that often go overlooked, like door seals and exterior gaskets, including the rear taillights.

Coming along, slowly but surely. 👍
Nice im in the process of prepping my 86 for rally and your store has been a HUGE help so far. Need more racing 86's
ditto
We appreciate you guys ❤
That paint looks great. I really like the carbon fiber battlegarage rs poking through. Very nice touch. I wish there were new door gaskets available for the ae82 chassis 😢. Having a reliable daily second car is realistically the only way to enjoy classic Corollas 😂. I’ve been on a seemingly endless train of fixing one thing and discovering new things to fix.
Yep, that and they get stolen if driven daily!
If you could find or reproduce the upper rubber trim of the door frames, that would be awesome. Last bit of rubber I need for mine.
Great work! Love all of your products on my car!
I appreciate your support!
sickkkkkkkkkkk
Looks great! Can't wait to see it driving again
Me either. Although it will probably be a while as I'm pulling the engine out for Version 2.0 of my 7A build
Looks good! Wonder how much that was.
Between 3 different frame / body shops, buying a replacement front clip, and many many hours of body work we have spent around $10k so far.
Not bad, looks great
