Also, for the Omen section around 6:32 whenever a Viper kills an enemy Omen she will occasionally say this voice line: "Rest, old friend".

Just a guess, but I think it's likely that Sage's offer was to revive (or attempt to) Reyna's sister. I think the reason why Viper is against it is because she probably brought Omen to her when he was dead in hopes that Sage fully revives him but ended up failing and turning Omen into what he is today so she isn't accepting Sage's offer because she's afraid that Reyna's sister will end up suffering like Omen. She probably has her (Reyna's little sister)'s body cryogenically preserved or something like that. And I feel like Sage would just do everything it takes to make Viper forgive her for not being able to fully heal Omen.

7:47 this line could also be about omen. There have been speculations that omen and viper used to work together b4 and mostly likely had a close relationship. However, an incident happened which caused omen to be heavily injured or even die. Viper probably brought omen's body to sage, expecting her to heal or revive him. Unfortunately, at that time, sage wasn't used to her powers yet (as stated by sage that she was weak b4). Its possible that as sage tried to revive omen, something went wrong, causing omen to "split" and becoming what he is rn. There is even a player card of sage and omen, where sage is seen standing in front of a broken reflection of omen, possibly indicating that she is the one responible for omen's condition.

I actually had a theory which links in Reyna's line about Killjoy where she mentions that her bots did something to someone precious to her, my theory is that Killjoy's machine malfunctioned and ripped away one of the girl's fingers, Viper then tried healing it and failed, she might've not wanted to deal with it so she never mentioned it and lead Reyna to believe Killjoy killed her. Viper probably hates sage cause Sage tried reviving omen and failed miserably, so Viper hates sage because of that.
This makes soo much sense! The finger bit comes from Killjoys voice line where she says “you can trust my bots, the only malfunctioned that one time and honestly she won’t miss that finger”
Why the hell would a ripped finger cause death?
Also whenever happened to reyna’s sister happens before she joins Valorant
The sage and viper thing was theorized long ago and has to do with omen and how viper asked sage for help but she failed or something and omen is now omen.

A theory of mine is that Viper worked for Kingdom as a scientist along side, "Jo-/Fred" who we all know now as Omen. Its even possible that in my research it was said, while Brimstone and Viper started Valorant protocol, Omen had importance to it.
A theory of mine is that Dr Sabine, who studied healing and medicine and "Jo/Fred" where possibly the ones who started working things out when the first light happened and with the radianite, which is why Viper and Omen could have been the main helpers of the Valorant protocol.
Its also noted that Vipers air masks don't work on the mirrior earths poison, which could be what they had been finding out at the time, what caused "Jo/Freds" 'end' and why Viper decided to pursue it?
Like many have said, there might have been a deeper connection where Viper was once very close to Jo/Fred, and she could have been quite gentle and given things a lot of forethought, as Omen stated in a line where she is 'now a monster', and she has said in her lines, "You wanted a monster? I gave you a monster", signifying she was once perhaps gentle, now creating herself into a harder, less thoughtful version of herself.
We know that Viper is a user of Poison, we can assume that this could be what happened to Omen, perhaps in their scientific studies? And Dr Sabine, instead of coming up with a resistance or turning, decided to master and wield it, leaving her Dr'ness behind.
Omen seems to remember when Viper was Dr Sabine.
We know that Sage is an early member of the Valorant protocol, which is why Viper would have known her, but being the 7th recruit may have not given her enough time to completely master he abilities, and as we know, revival is Sage's ult, not normal abilities and Ults rarely accure and only when experience is had.
Sage, when Sabine had needed Sage most back then when whatever had happened to Omen, Sage just wasn't ready. A person consists of two things, a soul and a body. When Sage tried to bring Omen back she was only strong enough to bring the soul and shadowy memories of Omen, leading him to become a phantom of his past self, rather than the person Sabine knew, leading to her bitterness.
A theory is also that Sage's revival on works on people infused with radiance and radiant tech, as her power is radiance itself. However that wouldnt work with Viper, unless her poison is infused with it. Which may be why it didnt completely work on Jo/Fred.
Viper still works for Kingdom when Reynas little sister is experimented on and either lost, or dead. I feel like Reyna doesnt like Viper a lot, but doesnt hate her for some reason. Being Reyna's sister, she might have had some radianite and, Viper being a scientist, would have wanted to do research. This might have gone terribly wrong, and Viper no longer trusting Sage or not trusting Sages abilities, because reynas little sister could have been human, despite Sage saying she was stronger now for everyone, rejected Sages offer in when Sage asks about her offer and help.
Sages offer also could have been about the Valorant protocol ranks, as we know Sage took her place. It could also be about some wounds Viper had.
I also believe she knew a lot more about the irror world when she experimented with Omen because in the animatic, when Phoenix was phased, she wasnt.. at all.

Ok, you accidentally confirmed something that I noticed but I was not sure until I found the old voice line. Prepare to have your minds blown. So, the line that Viper almost spills the beans on Omen's name used to be different until like a couple of months ago, with the reflection - aka duality - update. And when I say different, I mean exactly the same with ONE difference. The updated line reads 'Jo- I mean Omen', the old read 'Fred- I mean Omen'. Like, that was the only thing that is changed. No other lines, no different delivery from the voice actors. Only the name. Which makes me think that this detail is hugely significant.
And I have two theories about what that might be
a. Omen is an amalgamation of different ppl or memories, or idk what - lol-
b. Since the 'reflection' update, we ve been playing in the mirror earth, where Omen's name is Jo- something and not Fred.
I mean, look it up, the line used to read 'Fred'. This is WILD to me.
in the new map theres an email to and from someone named Oran McEneff, put the capital letters together and the letter next to the last capital letter -> "OMEN". Also in the email by Oran McEneff he says something about being "paranoid" which could be a reference to his ability paranoia. Also, the computers are above some huge power source that exploded when the new agent shot it (think his name is Deadeye or something), but it's also a theory that Oran McEneff managed to stop it even with his body being essentially ripped apart due to the explosion. This lines up with a few Omen voicelines, also considering the fact that Oran is a scientist/mathematician of sorts which could explain for example his voiceline "Experiment concluded". So maybe it was just meant to throw us off or something? Not sure.

Viper was defiantly a friend of omen. I think omen was a scientist at kingdom too and something happened. Viper was injured as well and she sought out sage, sage failed at healing omen and that is why viper there is some tension. The voice line viper says is after sage saying she is strong enough for everyone now, I think it is only a problem when someone brings it up. I personally don't think there is much between reyna and viper, there is only one voice line "Eat your heart out reyna." and it is directed to the earth 2 reyna so it could just be an insult to an enemy, the player card is there but I think they went with it for a art perspective and not that they hate each other. I don't even think that reyna says anything negative about viper apart from "the future is Radiant"

Seeing how sage can revive somebody and the little girl in the player card is assumed dead, Sage might have offered to revive her. Or, if that seems to farfetched, maybe she offered to heal viper herself as we know viper is somewhat a monster (omen line). She however might now be strong enough to fully help omen yet though. For the reason why viper declined it probably because she hate the idea of reviving somebody or she doesn't want to be healed and return to how she was. So instead she told sage to not fail them anymore. This is somewhat reinforced by sage's line where she said that she wasn't strong enough then but is strong enough for them all now.
I believe Lucia (Reyna’s little sister) is still alive, just barely. Viper and reyna are working together to try and keep Lucia alive. Viper has a line about “feed your heart reyna. If you want RESULTS I NEED MORE SOULS”, and reyna has a line being “as many souls as it takes Lucia.” Viper is using souls Reyna collects in order to keep Lucia alive.
Something you missed about viper is that she most likely can only breath poison that's why she takes here mask down when she uses here ult, the offer sage is making for her is likely related to that also omen was likely a scientist involved with viper and he might have died in the same experiment that viper lost her ability to breath but thanks to raidianite he's life force or something move and changed to his current form we know this from the line omen says about viper that viper at least has her flesh left from the incedinent
7:55 I think this could be about reviving omen, since it's a well known fact sage failed to revive omen correctly, it could have been possible that omen and viper were close and because omen got turned into what he is (a different person essentially) viper might have lost her favorite person, leading her to become the cold hearted monster she is now
I think the line about sage not being able to help before is about omen mabye something went wrong during an experiment or something and sage was supposed to revive him but didn’t have the strength to fully bring him back leaving him in the state he is in.Sage even has a voice line that says something like I wasn’t strong enough then (idk the actual quote) but it backs up what I said about how she wasn’t strong enough to fully revive/heal him.

I like to think that Viper is that good agent that get misunderstood by others, so she makes herself looks like a bad person but she's actually secretly trying to protect them.
I feel like Reyna’s sister was a radiant and Viper was a doctor working with kingdom to learn more about radiants and ‘hermanita’ was a patient zero of sorts but something went wrong at some point (and likely kicked off certain events or mirror earth connection)
Now that we are knowledgeable...There are 3 people in the "Revenge for life" or whatever Reyna card and According to Viper's message in Brim's Voicemail, She only manages to use 1 soul for every 3 souls reyna gives her for her and her sister

A little fun fact, purple and green are on the opposites of the color spectrum. Like how in portal the orange and blue seem to catch the eye extremely well. They are opposites too. So the devs might be showing us that they are opposing of each other.

2:02 I don't think Viper is the reason why Reyna's little sister died. I believe it's because of Killjoy's tech why her sister died. Actually, Viper is helping her by asking Reyna to collect souls in order to extend Lucia's (Reyna's little sister) life. If I remember it correctly, one of Viper's voiceline, she said something to Reyna about how she need those souls to work things out. And also if you will recall the latest cinematic of Valorant titled "Shattered", Killjoy discovered that Viper is working on a life support system.
Yes I totally forgot about the system which is very interesting in itself but then why does Reyna dislike viper so much? And same for viper to Reyna?
she is a radiant, otherwise she wouldnt die to the spike. The radianite gets sucked out of them by the black hole and only leaves their body :P
She has Radianite Tech on her that probably short circuits when touched by the Spike explosion.

This is some juicy lore and also is it really Sages fault that Viper experimented on Omen. If anything Viper just trys to find a way. To blame other agent for what she personally did.
check reynas and killjoys voiceline for some more info about viper because viper is keeping lucia (reynas sister) alive because in vipers voice line she said "if you want those results i need those souls" meaning that she could be using reyna to keep her sisters alive

Maybe Reina is the little girl Viper "treated" the healing might be the cause for her Radiant powers, and she thinks she has a sister, but she is the sister. Maybe that's why she doesnt want to be called Sabine, the memories of a failed patient.
I think that maybe omen was vipers husband and the don't fail me now like you failed me back then part is a reference to sage not being able to fully revive omen
The name doctor could actually mean she finished phd in chemistry, so a chemist/scientist can also be called doctor. Might be more fitting to her given that she works with chemicals and poison.

Maybe after the disaster on Fracture few doctors died and their body parts mixed so when Sage tried to revive person Sabine thought she brought it ended up as Omen (due to mixed body parts and Sage's not yet mastered skill of rivaival). One of these people was Viper's lover and maybe that's the reason Viper hates Sage.
Phoenix didn’t know because it was his first mission and early in the war against the other earth. Hence why they didn’t know how to defuse the spike. Plus viper said “It’s time we filled you in” I just think they wanted to make sure he could still do his job after looking in the mirror. Which he did when he super heated the power core

I think that omen is something like best friend maybe boyfrien to viper and when she wanted to help him she kill him and sage can't get him back alive and viper is mad about it
Reyna doesn't really hold a grudge on Viper based on her voicelines. If her sister really did die, I think that she didn't really blame Viper for it. She even still likes Sage and her healing abilities despite their opposing philosophies, so she still has an appreciation for people who have a knack for helping others.
Idk but in cinematics reyna betrayed the mission to try to get viper and kill her….. idk that sounds like she’s not too fond
Nice video! This is the first agent video I saw, because Viper (Sabine ;) ) is my favorite agent and I always wanted to know what her backstory is.
I think Dr.Sabine ask Sage to help her to revive Reyna's Hermanita and Failed to do so
The more I read these lores.
The more I am convinced that this little girl is Reyna's sister. The person Sage failed to revive completely was her sister. and the fact that's Omen. Knitting might be Reyna's sister hobby. Now Omen uses it as a lighting rod to hold his conscious.

I think the voice line between Sage and Viper would be that Sage offered to ressurect the littler girl, but becuase Viper knew what happened to Omen, she doesn't trust sage's abilities.

I think it's possible that Viper was close to the little girl who was being held by the kingdom, and the kingdom was the one that killed her/did something to her and that's why she left and become what she is today

in the card where she is going in the lab with the girl there is a face on the left it could be omen
I think she is not a real doctor but is just a person with a phd degree. That's why it's doctor sabine and she is a scientist if u see in the bio of the agents. I think she was experimenting on her sister.
AND in the new cinematic Reyna is trying so hard to kill viper

WAIT LET ME SAY SOMETHING i dont think reynas sister is dead I think that she got hurt possibly by killjoy because of reynas hatred towards her and her bots, and the girl may be her sister that viper is trying to heal and viper also says something like you need more souls if u want results meaning viper may need souls to heal not revive her. I don't think viper hurt reynas sister.

Sage revived Omen but not fully, maybe thats why Viper has a beef with sage
Viper is actually trying to save Reyna's little sister. This comes later in the kore of valorant, pretty recent. Viper wants Reyna toh kill more and absorb more souls in order to keep Reyna's little sister alive

i think pheonix did not know abt the enemy cuz they might have some tech that they can reborn and pheonix has a similar ability so he was sus since the agents are shown that viper of mirror earth perished during the retake cinematic and in the latest cinematic she has come back to lie also it couldnt be sage of mirror earth that revived her since she needs to be close and if it was her our earth could just confine their corpses so they dont get ressed also i think the existing mirror earth is an experiment viper was working on with sage and during the experiment they messed up cuz in the first 2 cinematics its sage who knew abt the packacge and viper wasnt hesitant on the mirror pheonix also i think the subject they were working on had omen
I think viper used to be a doctor but for some reason maybe something to do with sage something went wrong and she was blamed and called a villain. I don’t know if that’s the only reason why but, the irony is tht she became cruel after they called her cruel for trying to do good

This is just speculation, but I believe Viper stepped out of the lidership position because Omen asked her to. ¿Why? Well, I kinda parallel it with overwatch, they needed someone to do the dirty word, they needed a villian. Voice lines that indicate this are "they wanted a villian I gave them a villian" "my priority is their suffering" and "I wonder if this one's will beg, they all do... After a while' implying that she is most likely the one that has the part of the "bad cop" in all of this.
