I was just happy that I got my Assioma Duos to give me power/info. Even happier now that they collaborate w/ Joe Friel to help you figure out how to use that info to help improve your cycling in ways that matter to YOU - the cyclist. 🚴🏼♂️🍻🤙🏽
The focus on accuracy is totally inflated - unless - you have multiple PM's. You don't want to maintain different zones for different pm's. Its already a headache differentiating between road, TT and MTB. My master is the road bike which I use most and have oldest data and I changed crank length setting in the firmware in the others so that all bikes give similar numbers on my reference climb.
Currently I try to improve my climbing by doing 20 minutes of climb. What I did was , I make sure to stay at my Zone 4 heart rate Zone (173-175) all the way up to the top for 4 sets. How is this may benefits me?
Great that you guys collaborated with the LEGENDARY Joe Friel 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
