I never played the series but planning to get into it, I don't want to play really old games/installments but don't mind if the story/gameplay is really good. Where do you recommend I start?
@@dsandoval9396you don't have much choice. Wolfenstein 2009, Wolfenstein New Order and Wolfenstein 2 New Colossus. With the latter two containing minigame variants of Wolfenstein 3D you get basically all Wolfenstein experience
Absolutely brilliant game for its age 2009 it still holds in the graphics department. What I loved most was every level had a different boss to beat I’m 54 I remember all the wolfenstein games and this game and return to castle wolfenstein were amazingly good. Not being negative here but look at the crap we have nowadays since playing these and wildlands and breakpoint I can’t be bothered with new shit games. 😊
Cant shit on wildlands was a beta tester was beautiful game misssion bit rince and repeat with some missions but diffrent enough i think break point was a tragedy went from a beautiful bolivian map to a crappy peice of sh*t buildings copy and pasted cool new bunkers in the game tho
At the end of the game, I had a bug where Hans would get stuck on the pillar, I thought that my save was corrupted, but deleting the cfg file did the trick, thank god. Really liked this one, but damn, I wish I could see the end of this story. 7/10 Overall
the game looks great and you play well but you don't stop to listen to listen to the conversations...that is some of the best parts of this game. i would play it myself but the saving mechanics of this game are so fu%$ed up

That's because Wolfenstein 2009 used Doom 3 engine from 2004. They upgraded the Doom 3 engine as known as Id Tech 4 and this was the result. If you ask me Half Life 2 from 2004 better than Wolfenstein 2009. So yes you're right. Bu i still love the graphics of Wolfenstein 2009. It feels retro today. I'll play Wolfenstein 2009 now for the third time.

the sounds and "feel" of the weapons in this game are exceptional. especially mp40.
Kar 98's feel, sound and punch is awesome as well.
This is such a good game I got this from my 14th birthday pleasant memories
I'm playing it for a third time now and it's absolutely amazing. It's a classic game in my book.
