    Is there an exception to the lack of liability for third party content? I believe that if social media websites actively censor content on their websites that they should be liable for that content.
    Once they take it up themselves to censor speech on their websites they accept responsibility for all the content on that website as they are asserting power and control over said content.

    Does my right to free speech override a businesses right to censor my speech when it has no legal liability for that speech? They do not have an iron in the fire. Right?
    Without liability they lack standing to even argue about it.
