This one guy on RUclips was complaining that his room was vibrating out of control. I suggested to not go with six subwoofers and maybe go with only two. And he took offense to that. Humans are kind of like sheep. If one moves towards the gate, then they all go. 🤷‍♂️

As I two channel first audiophile with 45 years into the addiction, I can attest that a great multichannel HT system can actually be much more emotional engaging with music. Yes, with great movies the system will be impressive and highly enjoyable, but with music a great system can have you glued for hours. Here are some legendary tracks to test your system: La temps passe (live at Cigale, be careful, this track has organ notes down to 12hz), Duende by Bozzio Levin Stevens, Stimela live at Blue Note 1993 by Hugh Masekela, Make us Stronger by Ghost Rider, Differently by Marian Hill. These tracks have great dynamic contrasts, bass extension, and great imaging. And Yes, I also own dozens of Reference level 4k uHD discs and 3D, but music listening in two channel critical listening is my preference.

I see it with most Officina Acoustica rooms that the floor is hardwood instead of carpet, does hardwood require more treatment on the walls? Will there be a new RP22 guide this year that will include solid screen walls (video walls)? Would be cool to know how much worse a room with video wall sound quality wise. Thanks for this interview!
