At least learn how to dedicate yourself to one sketchbook- because behind every beautiful sketchbook is, like, 20 ones filled with horrible sketches, but you keep on going.

This is gonna be SO HELPFUL OMG I have been struggling to create since I finished the constant self-driven work from my art class. Fine art isn't really my thing so having 2 semesters of literally no breaks from fine art that I had to ideate, refine, create, etc, was not fun AT ALL. Thanks for posting such a good video! I have like a whole box of stuff to use for my sketchbook. My art teacher has lots of magazines and random books that i cut stuff out of, and i even found a book for stuff for a baby's scrapbook. Ive gone on walks and ive looked around on the ground to find trash to use. It may sound weird but ive found bottle caps and soda can tabs and like sunbleached wrappers that look cool to me. Very good video glad i found it

I love your sketchbook, it's so aesthetic. I only use a pencil to draw so mine looks rather dull... But I'm too lazy to make it look pretty, so yeah. Great video!

@@kadzqew I was the same with earl grey! With rooibos it's good bc its decaf so you can have it at night with your dessert, I even put milk in mine (which might be sacrilegious hah!)

Umm I'd maybe try sectioning off your sketchbook into smaller groups of pages, so when you finish a section, you can get that feeling of starting new with the next!
I'd also maybe just try getting a smaller sketchbook with less pages!
