I came to reminiscence his vocals and this comment made me feel sad... Hope that he can show his voice and colours more. I love winner and all but even though their last singles are bomb, his voice is overshadowed by autotune and the Latin sounds. He needs a solo rock ballad or smth.
His voice sounds a little like Suju's Yesung, just that he sounds more modern, rock n roll and soul while Yesung tends on the emotional, melodramatic melodies such as OSTs and also Suju's contemporaries.
The sound of a special souls, a special sensibility, is rare in Korea. Special voice Back to tears to heal the souls. Different from shining KSY. efforts by the beautiful singer.
When will this gem come out again? There were times I'm happy he is in YG coz of how much I love Winner...but damn if he's out there with a nugu company he would probably a name and voice everyone knows.
