    I was hoping to see you put a large red oak on it with a fork lift! I don’t doubt that it is sturdy enough to handle it! Great build! Better than factory! 👍

    Great job but did you build it for Fort Knox it can double for a trackhoe trailer it won’t bend or break

    Im trying to figure out my tensioner, and with your design it looks great for tension, but not great for adjusting the angle of the wheel.
    For your tensioner pillow blocks, did you have to weld the studs allowing very little adjustment of the pillow blocks?

    I had one of those exact motors on a Norwood sawmill and it had a major failure. I had to have it rebuilt. The guy who rebuilt it said it was over-revved
    So basically the rpm was set too high. Which I guess was my fault for not making sure it was set to specs but,
    I would go with Honda.

      I’ll have to check on that, thanks for watching!

      @ main thing is just make sure the RPM is set to within specs.
      I like the mill build, and definitely want to do one someday. What was the paint you used for the metal frame?

    Is there an wheel adjustment to change the tracking of the blade?

    • @cornettcarpentry
      @cornettcarpentry  5 месяцев назад

      Yes, I use the slots in the bearing’s housing. Along with some adjustment screws on the adjacent corners

    What do you think the cost without paint and without the engine would be for this build.

    Amazing. I have questions, what are those white sheets you are using for lift and tension mechanism? And how good are they? Sorry for my English!

    You should never expose the unfiltered welding flash on videos. It is very hard and damaging to our viewing eyes. Good job otherwise.
