✸ ANSWER: The resurrection of Jesus is important for several reasons. First, the resurrection witnesses to the immense power of God Himself. To believe in the resurrection is to believe in God. If God exists, and if He created the universe and has power over it, then He has power to raise the dead. If He does not have such power, He is not worthy of our faith and worship. Only He who created life can resurrect it after death, only He can reverse the hideousness that is death itself, and only He can remove the sting and gain the victory over the grave (1-Corinthians 15:54-55).
✸ The resurrection of Jesus Christ is also important because it validates who Jesus claimed to be, namely, the Son of God and Messiah. According to Jesus, His resurrection was the “sign from heaven” that authenticated His ministry (Matthew 16:1-4). The resurrection of Jesus Christ, attested to by hundreds of eyewitnesses (1-Corinthians 15:3-8), provides irrefutable proof that He is the Savior of the world.

✸ Another reason the resurrection of Jesus Christ is important is that it proves His sinless character and divine nature. The Scriptures said God’s “Holy One” would never see corruption (Psalm 16:10), and Jesus never saw corruption, even after He died (see Acts 13:32-37). It was on the basis of the resurrection of Christ that Paul preached, “Through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. ✸ The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not only the supreme validation of His deity; it also validates the Old Testament prophecies that foretold of Jesus’ suffering and resurrection (see Acts 17:2-3). ✸ Jesus said, “I Am the resurrection and the Life” (John 11:25), and in that statement claimed to be the source of both. There is no resurrection apart from Christ, no eternal life. Jesus does more than give life; He is Life, and that’s why death has no power over Him. Jesus confers His life on those who trust in Him, so that we can share His triumph over death (1-John 5:11-12). We who believe in Jesus Christ will personally experience resurrection because, having the life Jesus gives, we have overcome death. It is impossible for death to win (1-Corinthians 15:53-57).
✸ Jesus is “the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep” (1-Corinthians 15:20). In other words, Jesus led the way in life after death. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is important as a testimony to the resurrection of human beings, which is a basic tenet of the Christian faith. Unlike other religions, Christianity possesses a Founder who transcends death and promises that His followers will do the same. Every other religion was founded by men or prophets whose end was the grave. As Christians, we know that God became man, died for our sins, and was resurrected the third day. The grave could not hold Him. He lives, and He sits today at the right hand of the Father in heaven (Hebrews 10:12).
✸ The Word of God guarantees the believer’s resurrection at the coming of Jesus Christ for His church at His return. Such assurance results in a great song of triumph as Paul writes in 1-Corinthians 15:55, “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” (cf. Hosea 13:14).
✸ The importance of the resurrection of Christ has an impact on our service to the Lord now. Paul ends his discourse on resurrection with these words: “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain” (1-Corinthians 15:58). Because we know we will be resurrected to new life, we can endure persecution and danger for Christ’s sake (verses 30-32), just as our Lord did. Because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, thousands of Christian martyrs through history have willingly traded their earthly lives for everlasting life and the promise of resurrection.
✸ The resurrection is the triumphant and glorious victory for every believer. Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). And He is coming again! The dead in Christ will be raised up, and those who are alive at His coming will be changed and receive new, glorified bodies (1-Thessalonians 4:13-18). Why is the resurrection of Jesus Christ important? It proves who Jesus is. It demonstrates that God The Father accepted Jesus’ sacrifice on our behalf.
✸ It guarantees that the bodies of those who believe in Christ will not remain dead but will be resurrected unto eternal life. Amen!

When the prophet Muhammed Pbuh had to abandon his home and move to Medina, he had his enemies following him. This is what Islam is. It is truth. It is a logical religion, rational religion, truthful religion.

1. Considering that Jesus is God, why did he come after Adam, David, Moses, etc.? Wouldn't Jesus have to come first if he really is God?
2. Who was the God that all prophets worshiped before Jesus came?
3. Why did Jesus receive the message if he is God? What is the name of the God who sent Jesus the message?

Best arguments for Christians people is that they have many different contradicting bibles & original bible was lost . The Bible says God is immortal & CANNOT DIE & JESUS IS MORTAL & COULD DIE so this makes it impossible for Jesus to be God. Also bible said God is not a man nor son of a man so how can Jesus the man be God ??? Jesus cannot be God based on these 2 verses from their own own bible. Also God does not change according to their own bible how can Jesus the man become God or the son or back to human being.

Christians asking this question a lot lately; "What are the conditions for entering Paradise according to Islam?" They listen to the explanation and leave. they're probably thinking, "okay, if we live without doing bad things, we'll go to heaven". Please especially emphasize that "acknowledging the existence and oneness of Allah and accepting that the prophet Muhammad(pbuh) is the servant and messenger of Allah" is the first and definitive condition for attaining Paradise.

This concept of three related divinities is an ancient phenomenon which has been present in different pagan religions throughout the world:

It is true that Christian Trinity differs in it's final details when compared to these other cults. However, this basic concept of three related divinities is common to all of them and is fundamentally pagan.
Aristotle, who was a Greek philosopher from the 4th century BC, had this to say about the mystical significance of the number three:
*"Just as the Pythagoreans say, the whole and all things are delimited by the number three; for end, middle, and beginning have the number of the whole, which is that of the triad. Wherefore, we use this number also in the worship of the gods, taking it from nature, as a law of it." [On Heaven, Book I.I]*
Another Christian belief that relates to Trinity is that Jesus is the incarnate Son of God who is said to possess two natures, one divine and one human.
This idea of a god-man hybrid is also fundamentally pagan. Greco-Roman world, from which Christianity emerged, was filled with tales of gods procreating with human women and begetting god-men.
For example, the chief god in the Greek pantheon, Zeus, visited the human woman Danae in the form of golden rain and fathered Perseus, a god-man. Hercules, also the son of Zeus, is another example of a god-man.
Such stories strikingly resemblance the Christian concept of incarnation which teaches that God comes to a human woman Mary in the person of Holy Spirit and fathered Jesus, a god-man.
In fact, an early Christian apologist Justin Martyr, considered a Saint in the Catholic Church, admitted that Christianity had borrowed it's concept of divine sonship from pagans:
*When we say that the Word, who is our teacher, Jesus Christ the first born of God, was produced without sexual union, and that he was crucified and died and rose again, and ascended to heaven, we propound nothing new or different from what you [pagans] believe regarding those whom you consider sons of Jupiter.*

Jupiter is the king of all gods in the ancient Roman mythology.
Here Justin Martyr is telling Roman pagans that what the Christians believe about Jesus being the son of God is nothing different than what they believe about the sons of the god Jupiter
The Qur’an confirms that those who believe that Jesus is the literal Son of God are imitating an ancient pagan concept:
*“...The Christians said, ‘The Messiah is the son of God’: they said this with their own mouths, repeating what earlier disbelievers had said...” [Qur'an 9:30]*
The early Church emerged in both a Jewish and Greco-Roman world and so Christians had to reconcile the pure monotheism they had inherited from Judaism with the polytheism they have derived from paganism.
Gregory of Nyssa is a 4th century bishop who is venerated as a Saint in the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Churches. He wrote the following:
*For the truth passes in the mean between these two conceptions, destroying each heresy, and yet, accepting what is useful to it from each. The Jewish dogma is destroyed by the acceptance of the Word and by belief in the Spirit, while the polytheistic error of the Greek school is made to vanish by the unity of the nature abrogating this imagination of plurality. [Great Catechism I:III]*
Here Gregory of Nyssa acknowledge that the Christian concept of God is neither purely the polytheism of the Greeks nor purely the monotheism of the Jews but a mixture of both. It's a paradox.
It was also a common belief in paganism that gods come down on earth to save the world. Perhaps the best known example is the Roman dictator Julius Caesar. An ancient inscription has this to say about him:
*Descendant of Ares and Aphrodite The God who has become manifest And universal savior of human life.*
*- Iris Sulimani, Diodorus’ Mythistory and the Pagan Mission: Historiography and Culture, p. 288*
Here Julius Caesar is said to be manifestation of God and saviour of mankind. Such ideas are completely alien to Jewish concept of God:
*“But will God really dwell on earth with humans? The heavens, even the highest heavens, cannot contain you. How much less this temple I have built! [2 Chronicles **6:18**]*
Qur'an warns Christians not to follow in the footsteps of those who have gone astray before us:
*Say, “O People of the Book! Do not go to extremes in your faith beyond the truth, nor follow the vain desires of those who went astray before you. They misled many and strayed from the Right Way.” [Qur'an 5:77]*

I had my friends Christian and he ask me if trinity doesn't exist, why god say in the bible Genesis 1 26 "Let (US) make mankind in (OUR) image, in (OUR) likeness...." He said "us" and "our" is plural.. How i should answer to him?
Salam 'aleykoum. In the noble Koran, ALLAH also uses the plural. It is the "majestic plural". For exemple when a king or queen adresses its people. He/She will use the majestic plural to designate himself/herself. And Allah knows best.
