I have enjoyed this message and this topic has been on my mind. Listening to this as I am at work in a position that causes me so much stress. Holding back tears, working on changing this endless cycle of dead ends. I need to flourish and enjoy life a lot more.

I'm caring for my ill mom with late stage dementia. I've placed my work and personal life on pause to care for her for 8 years. I'm 50 years old and feel guilty when I go to the stores and feel like my moms missing out on so much because of her life quality🙏
My husband expresses that I need to ask my brother for help and then feel like he can't care for her just like I can. I will genuinely pray to God to care for her and I will take time off✝️📖✨️🙌✨️

I go get a ice cream cone usually Sundays after church walk a short walk to get a coffee and 2 chocolate chip cookies this last Sunday. It was a treat I went from 229 lbs from last August now I'm in the 150s 🙌🙌😭♥️🔥🔥❗❗❗LIFE IS TO SHORT ENJOY AND DO IN MODERATION OF COURSE. Chrystal I don’t know (yes I do) why God put this message in your heart BUT know this is truly along the way I’ve been thinking since I turned 60 this year (really it stated in my early 50s).
I’m at the point in my life where I want fun, spontaneous spurts, impromptu moments, I want to dance fast & slow, I want to travel, eat good food, be romantic again and try new things.
My life is an emotional roller coaster right now and. With me being close to retirement I want to have fun, meet new people continue building my business.
All my kids are grown with their own families, my marriage is in the room mate mode yet I’m willing to do things on my own since husband is truly content with doing nothing but working and spend time with his friends.
But yes I want to live and not become dry rotted. Life is too short to do nothing but breath. I learning that you have to build memories even if they are for yourself.
Like you said I get to chose!!!
And I chose life and to enjoy it until Jesus comes to get me. Thank you for this talk. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I GO TO THE LOCAL QUIK TRIP GAS STATION TO WALK AND GET A ICE CREAM CONE ♥️
