하우징 견본은 광고라 당연하지만 어찌보면 화장실마다방마다 다른식디자인과 소재가 쓰여서 중구난방이라고할수있는데 그것마저 튀지가 않네 ㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷ 그냥 좋다 진짜 실력있는회사네

They just commented on my comment because I said the same thing. This is actually a model house so it’s not for sale. It’s an example and can be built anywhere you like (if you have the money of course)

I think this is the best house so far.. Every other houses I saw in the channel is always lacking something, like rhe kitchen is too small for a big house, weird layout, doesn't really have much natural lights. This house got the size, it's warm & inviting, kitchen & dining is the right size, has 4 bedrooms (truly a rare sight) and more than 1 bathtubs (where most houses doesn't even have one) 👍🏻
I loved it until I saw the busy street out the window~

this is just a sample house(not for sale) showcasing the company's architectural designs. they can build a house on wherever may it be. you just need to own a land somewhere in korea.

It is a pity that it is located directly on the roadside. It must be noisy all day and this could result as stressful and bothersome. Also there isn't sense of privacy: there is no garden large enough to surround the house or a high fence to make it more intimate. Leaving aside these flaws, I must admit that the structure and design of the house are truly mesmerizing.

Very spacious, beautiful, modern house. I love the intimacy of the raised tea room (with Japanese style low table) before getting to the guest bedroom. The kitchen has its own cooktop; the cooktop in the next room must be for grilling food? I could do away with the raised platform for the bed in the guest bedroom and the wave-like patterns on the walls.

All of these houses are really pretty, but I always find myself struggling to understand the layout which seems not very practical at all, and there is always such a waste of space. But they are very pretty and comfy overall.
It is funny. I wonder what the architecture schools teach in Korea. There is so much wasted space, cramped & uninviting bedrooms, prison-like windows, ugly industrial fixtures -- everything is so cold, sterile and uninviting. I would feel an emotional chill living in these spaces. They are cold and forbidding -- I would be longing to go home rather than feel at home :-)

1층 거실 옆 평상 공간은 포치형 중정으로 트고 그 위층 2층 테라스는 바깥쪽 샷시를 폴딩도어로 교체하고 노천욕조를 두면 좋을 듯

It is because it looks as sterile and corporate as a cheap hotel! The windows are awful and there is something so oppressive and sterile about it all. The Koreans seem to like wasted space, tiny windows, industrial fixtures and a coldness to their homes from what I can see. It is very puzzling.

계단 스틸제하고 세탁실 인테리어가 생뚱스럽긴 하지만 전체적으로 맘에 드는 구조입니다. 영화관이나 찜질방이나 반신욕 구조가 추가되고 1층에 방 하나 추가되었다면 더 좋지 않았을까? 군데군데 면적이 넓다보니 낭비한 흔적이 보이고 2층 서브안방구조가 좀 아쉬운 점이 있네요. 전체적으로 는 맘에 듭니다.

Depending on the location probably 20-30 million US dollars. I don’t know the Korean equivalent.
Less than a half million in USD dollars. The location is not in Seoul.
