Shoto was said that he would overtake Bakugo in the next charts. That means Bakugo is 4 and Shoto is 5. We only have the top 5 confirmed and the rest is left for assumptions. Since we know that Monoma and Juzo are climbing through the ranks quickly due to a popularity boost similar to that of Mirio in the past. That could indicate that they might be in the lower half of the top 10 with people ahead to pass through. With Kirishima and Tokoyami being possible candidates as well.

Its crazy to consider think this isn't bis full power yet. Hear me out Izuku can use 45% safely. Fajin helps gather kinetic energy while gear shift can bypass the law of inertia and with this he reaches 120%. He could have gotten even stronger than this. Crazy to that and this is while hes a teenager imagine as an adult.
