This house is almost perfect. The interior could use some design work, but those are easy fixes. The thing that keeps it from being a perfect 10 is the ugly hotel or apartment complex next door. There are several windows that look directly into your private courtyard. The building is so tall there is no way to build a fence or plant trees tall enough to make a difference. Bummer.

nice house spoiled by the modern art paintings....you dont need to emphasise that the owner is sophisticated...the house says it all...i tell the stager of the decor pls remove the modern art crap.
