One session I started for a novel has gotten long and complex, and the system responses seem to lag more and more the longer the session gets. Occasionally, it will freeze up and I have to restart. I was working on the same story but using new sessions and that got complicated because I had to leave one session to look up something in another one. Don't know if it's possible but would be great if there were an option of accessing previous sessions for information while active on another session. The website doesn't seem to have a contact option and I don't usually find topics with answers to the kinds of problems I run into.

i think chatgpt already can't cope anymore. my discussions get downgraded from model 4 to 3.5 ; dall-e lets me make no more than ~30 prompts and keeps giving me bad results (not listening to instructions). Before wanting more people, increase your servers or whatnot !

Request For Programming: Please give ChatGPT the ability to only alter specific lines of code that are commented for the changes maybe marked "#???" as the default therefore no need to make that a worded request. I gave ChatGPT such a request many times, but it still destroyed many of the other lines for no valid reason which for me is the most annoying so far.
That "Draft a brief thank you note" is still your intended use? Sad. Will ever be this chatbot encapsulate its use cases or we still going to try, fail and leave. Because I can write "thank you, bla bla".

They offer a TTS functionality for talking to GPT but I don't think they offer an API call if that's what you're referring to. On the mobile app there's a little headphones icon you can click on to talk to the model and have it talk back.
