Hi im going to be a Senior this year at high school and planing on going to college for zoology but I don't know how to get involved with a zoo. Since I live in VA we only have 1 major zoo which is fairly close but isn't super cool like the ones in new york or other places and was wondering how to get a foot in the door to eventually get higher up in rank in my future as a zookeeper. Also I am very interested in Costa Rica and their wildlife, how would I go and work in a program to save animals and protect them in the wild, would that be a different career field than zookeeper or would that just be vollenter work without pay. Sorry for all the questions lol but thank you so much for your video it really help me out on seeing what zookeeping is like 👍
