Short answer. Yes. Cyberlink advertises them as "royalty free." If RUclips doesn't like it, they will let you know. Also, Google search -- royalty free (sound effects), (music), etc. Just look for the free ones out there. You can do the SAME for images and videos that are royalty free. I add mine to the collective library of those free sites. It is very helpful, especially when looking for a specific sound effect.
Can we tone or change our voice thats already in a video? Im looking for an app that will allow me to change the way my REAL VOICE SOUNDS thats already in a Video.
My PD365 program just shows "Background Music" not meta music. I assume because it is not meta music, it should be OK for RUclips? If so, how do I find the licenses for the music to avoid copyright problems on RUclips? I have pretty much used every free song on RUclips's music library for my videos, I'm sure my audience is burned out on the repeat music by now lol
Is there a way to use sound packs from sources outside of Cyberlink? And secondly, when a soundbite is downloaded from the Cyberlink cloud either from within the PowerDirector app or the Cyberlink web site.....where does the file end up and is there a way to manage the download location including by folder naming?
I found that PD has a buried folder on my computer where the actual downloaded music or sound effects are buried. I also found that It has a numerical file name rather than the name it is given by PD. If my memory serves me correctly I had to track down the file properties to get the file location. Usually the last file created matches the audio file loaded. When I played the number the sound matched. I tried changing the file name to the PD name to identify it from then on. But you have to do this one at a time and it got tedious, so I just left the rest alone. What I did however is placed a shortcut icon to that folder on my desktop, if I ever felt ambitious again. Hope that helps.
That is a good sharing! 😃 There are also some tools can be used to enhance vocal, such as Voice Enhancement, in PowerDirector. You may also adjust the gain of the BGM or voice sounds to get them balanced as you want.

The music in the "Background Music" are available to be used in your video and then upload on RUclips.

The features are already available in PowerDirector 365. You may subscribe to PowerDirector 365 to try them out. 😀

In my opinion, the background music must be on the first tracks, so the voice sounds more clearly. Regards!

I have a pro version of power director app, where can I find sound design ?
Tap on the Audio button on the tools bar and you will find sound fx library.
Also make it possible for us to undo video split in power director mobile app
