      @@napolianmyhand4642 The "Concept of Loading" means to add specific tasks/constraints to work on specific things you want your players to do. I.e. on any passing drill your loads could be something like that:
      - offense must connect (say name, show hands, eyesignal)
      - no-look passes only (to work on creativity)
      - offense must move clock- or anticlockwise (on coach signal)
      - 1-hand passes only
      - add 2nd ball
      - ...
      There are unlimited possibilities to "load" any drill, at the end its about the purpose you want to force or manipulate by adding those. You also could "de-load" a drill/ssg (small sided game) to make it easier - i.e. defense can't use their hands or give the offense a bigger advantage (numerical or by positioning).
