    By the way: Not just inmobility but also different kinds of fears on the court can make a player stiff and tight.
    For example when I did the 21 day arm swing course the arm swing worked better and better in the exercises that I did alone but on the court I was suddenly afraid to transfer this skill into game because in beach volleyball you always need to please your team partners and have little room for mistakes.
